Xijian·Fengting Hotel (Near Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Signature Gate)

The hotel located a little bit hidden, but it near to everything Everyone works here very kind and helpful , I had a flu and Jing gives be something to reduce They explain everything to us The map and the activities Clean beds If you want day by day cleaning you need to ask for , they only take the garbage I recommend this place to do your mission 😉 Not that fancy place but new and clean .

The room is excellent! It is clean and smells fresh. It is quite spacious and has all the necessities for a good rest. The water pressure in shower is strong and the toilet is automated. The laundry is also free. There are many restaurants around with the best food, as well as Massage, ans convenience stores. Didi (China Grab) is also easy to get from here. Park entrance is also nearby. We would also like to express much appreciation to Gint for guiding us through our itinerary and helping us purchase tickets. She is a great host and gave us many tips where to go, and when to go. Xiexie Gin! We felt very welcome staying here because all the staff are welcoming and easy to communicate with. Should we come back to Zhiangjiaje, we will be sure to stay here again.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, yet it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming - always smiling and making you feel at home. 😊 My room was huge, beautiful, and very comfortable, and I especially loved having a bathtub. A fantastic hotel overall. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

My stay at this hotel was great! The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful, providing me with a route to follow when visiting Zhangjiaje national park. They were always available during the day when I needed extra guidance via WeChat which was very helpful. The hotel was located a 10-15 minute walk from the entrance of the park, making it very convenient to get there. Breakfast was filling for a day of hiking, and the room was clean too. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Excellent location ! Walking distance to East Entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park. Excellent service : A driver was waiting at Zhangjiajie West Railway Station to pick us up for free and on arrival, Jin, the tiny lovely young lady attendant, helped us unload our luggage ! Jin helped us plan our 2 days visit to Zhangjiajie National Park and reservations with discounts from the hotel. What a great deal and the recommendations she made were spot on ! We were delighted and in awe to visit all the attractions at the Park she suggested ! Jin and her manager Joan, went above and beyond to make our stay the best experience we had in China ! 2 of the most competent and friendly people we met in China ! We will return to this hotel next time we visit this wonderful country ! Absolutely would recommend this hotel without hesitation !
