This was the first hotel I booked for my solo trip, and it was even better than the one provided by the tour group. For the price, the value for money was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. They even have a pool! The best part, though, was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. My only minor complaint is that there was no drinking water in the room. There's a water dispenser outside, but I didn't realize it at first and ended up buying my own water.

My superior room it's clean and air-condition cool enough. Just abit walk from reception area. The Deluxe (1 Q and 1 Single) not so clean with a dead cockroach. Reception is friendly.

Pool is so wide. There are 2 Pools. Small one is 3m deep. And I practice free diving there. Room service was also good 👍🏻

They gave me a very bad room first with a very dirty bathroom & old bathtub and a mattress that was already so old it wasn’t even straight anymore. At check in they first told me they were offering me a free upgrade but they actually gave me the room probably no one else wanted. This room looked not at all like the picture of the room I booked so I immediately complained and said i didn’t want to sleep there. I then got changed to another room more similar to the picture on the website which was much newer and better. The cleaning was not 100% dust and dirt in all corners would stay there throughout my stay eventhough cleaners came every day but it was acceptable and the bed was very comfy. The reception staff was welcoming and friendly also.

Great hotel next to sanur and in a good location. Very cool and the hotel has everything you need. Some things could be modernized and the service more efficient but overall great value for money and good service. We’ll be back
