Guolong Hotel

The decor is luxurious, so it's probably one of the most upscale five-star hotels in Wuzhou. The location is downtown, which is convenient for dining and sightseeing, really great. And for 200+ yuan in the off-season, you can't beat the price.

Facilities: A bit old, but not too badly maintained. Cleanliness: Acceptable for the price. Environment: Close to the river, mainly residential area. Baiyun Mountain is about 4-5 kilometers away, which is fairly convenient.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete and comfortable facilities. From the room, you could see the Xijiang River and the poetic Changzhou Island. Breakfast was abundant and healthy. The staff were warm and polite, and the tea quality at Yunshang Tea House was quite good.

This hotel has some history to it; it was a top-notch establishment back in its day, and the decor was quite luxurious for that era. Compared to some modern hotels, the facilities now seem rather mediocre, but they're not terrible – just average in every respect.

I highly recommend the Guolong Hotel! The biggest surprise was the huge parking lot – there's so much space that both family cars and business vehicles can park with ease, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot. The front desk service was absolutely excellent; the staff were warm and thoughtful, handling check-in quickly and efficiently. They even proactively offered tips for local attractions, which really enhanced the whole check-in experience!
