Souq Waqif is one of the best places to experience the culture of Doha. The traditional market has beautiful old-style buildings, narrow streets, and a lively atmosphere, especially in the evening. There are many shops selling spices, perfumes, handicrafts, souvenirs, and traditional clothing. I also enjoyed trying local food at the restaurants and cafés around the market. Walking through the souq was relaxing, and there was always something interesting to see. The area was clean, well maintained, and easy to explore on foot.
