Nobu Hotel San Sebastián

10/10 hotel that really lives up to the Nobu name. Rooms were spotless, well-equipped, and comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches. All of the staff we met with incredibly warm and went out of their way to help us every time. Would highly recommend!

What an amazing visit to a fabulous property. The staff made our stay memorable, after an early flight we were able to lounge by the pool till our room was ready. The phrase welcome home was music to our ears!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and found it significantly overpriced for what it offers. It is a small property that relies heavily on the NOBU brand name. The rooms are decent but nothing remarkable. Arriving by car adds unnecessary complexity, as the parking garage is only accessible via a car elevator. Contrary to my expectations, there is no direct beach access. The beach is separated from the hotel by two roads: one directly in front and another a little further down. The beach itself is beautiful, though it gets very crowded on weekends. Overall, for what the hotel actually delivers, the price is simply not justified.

Dissapointing. Do not expect a seaside resort. No beach access. The bar was on our guestroom floor outside our door, management uses the fire door for noise control. One drawer in the mini-closet for clothes for a four night stay. They press dining at Nobu like timeshare salespeople. We left early.

Amazing location right on the beach - out of the noise of the old town but only a 10-15 min walk. The walk is actually beautiful so not a problem at all. The service at this hotel was exceptional - I’ve never had someone do the rounds at breakfast to check if they can make reservations or do anything special for you that day.

Had a lovey time staying the Nobu Hotel. Very nice location right in front of Playa de la Concha. Dinner at the Terrace restaurant was lovely. Service was great. We stayed in the Deluxe room which was very spacious and very clean.

My wife and I had a covid wedding and had been planning our late honeymoon for years. We were so excited to visit San Sebastián and stay at Nobu. Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled last minute and we had no way to make it to our destination. We contacted the hotel immediately and let them know what happened. Even with an email from the airline confirming our situation, Nobu San Sebastián would not work with us to provide any type of refund or credit should we rebook our trip. I understand cancellation policies, but this was clearly out of our control. I guess pocketing our $2k was more important than keeping a loyal customer for life. Incredibly sad and disappointing end to an experience we were so excited about.

An incredible hotel with an amazing, attentive team who made the stay truly special.
