MGM RESERVE HOTEL ZHUHAI

Came here for a vacation with my dog and booked the courtyard villa—such a wonderful experience! The private little yard was definitely my favorite part; the pup could run around freely without being on a leash the whole time, which made it so much more relaxing. The hotel is very pet-friendly, and the staff were so kind when they saw the dog, making communication a breeze. A special shoutout to Vera Howe Levi! The room was spotless, spacious, and very relaxing to stay in. The courtyard offered great privacy and was nice and quiet. Basking in the sun and playing with the dog during the day instantly put me in a vacation mindset. The overall surroundings of the property are also very pleasant, and you can take your time strolling around the neighborhood with your dog when you have free time. Both human and furry baby had a blast. We’ll definitely be back next time I travel with my pet.

A hotel with incredible attention to detail! MGM Huafu Zhuhai is the most comfortable five-star hotel I've stayed at in the past two years. They truly consider guest needs from pre-arrival to post-departure. A big thank you to Vera & Angie from the Guest Experience Center; they were incredibly responsive and helpful with all my questions and requests during my three-day, two-night stay. Finally, a hotel where the yogurt bowls at breakfast come with appropriately sized spoons, and they even provide the same thoughtful spoon setup for the passion fruit! On the counter, the dental floss, toothpicks, and sugar are all neatly organized in transparent compartments. As a hotel management student, I absolutely love these little details! Parking is also very convenient, and the parking garage is clean and well-lit. The hotel's aesthetic is fantastic; I saw two different styles of floral arrangements this time. I will definitely be back!

The room is very spacious and doesn't feel cramped at all—more than enough room for daily activities. The entire room was meticulously cleaned, with every corner spotless and no weird odors, making it feel very secure and comfortable to stay in. The bedding is soft and cozy, and the mattress has just the right firmness; we slept soundly through the night, and both adults and kids rested really well. Whenever we had any questions during our stay, we could reach out to Vera, Angie, and the team—their response time was super fast, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. The garden landscaping is gorgeous, filled with lush greenery and a serene environment, creating a wonderful atmosphere. It's quiet and cozy during the day, and in the evening, it's just perfect for taking a leisurely stroll with the kids around the grounds, enjoying the gentle breeze. The slow-paced vibe is ultimate relaxation, giving you a true taste of an immersive vacation that is deeply healing. We will definitely be back next time~

The front desk upgraded our room, and it was fantastic 👍🏼. Featuring a Chinese-style decor, the room was extremely spacious and very quiet at night. I really loved the swimming pool here—it wasn't crowded and the water temperature was just right. The overall scenery of the hotel is beautiful, and a lot of effort has clearly gone into the landscaping. The hotel service was attentive and prompt, with every request met. The morning tea at Pinju Restaurant was delicious, accompanied by a lovely view outside the window. As for the complimentary travel photography service, the photographer was very skilled, and we are extremely happy with the final photos!

The room is very private and the blackout curtains ensured a really sound sleep. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Shout out to the lovely ladies Sally, Chloe, Zayas, and Yamy for their top-notch service. We were never disturbed throughout our stay and spent a truly wonderful two days here.

MGM is a Chinese-style-themed hotel and it's huge. You can just wander around and take photos right inside the property. The scenery is lovely, and the rooms have a classic, antique charm with views of the mountains opposite. The hotel breakfast is also good with decent quality. Highly recommended!

The hotel features a unique Lingnan architectural style with an elegant and luxurious interior. The rooms are fully equipped and comfortable, the service is professional and attentive, and the breakfast is bountiful. The landscaped gardens are expansive, and the amenities are comprehensive. Amy and Shirley's exceptional service left a lasting impression. Highly recommended, and a wonderfully comfortable retreat I would definitely return to!

A wonderful hotel, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well laid out, and the service was naturally top-notch. The hotel grounds are extensive and great for a stroll, with the backyard connecting directly to Xiangshan Park. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted pretty good too. I’ll definitely choose MGM Grand Zhuhai again on my next trip to Zhuhai!
