The room has a great view; you can see the mountain scenery as soon as you open the curtains. The overall environment is quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The room is spacious with excellent natural light, very clean, and the bedding is dry and soft. The mattress is very comfortable, allowing for a good rest after a long day. The bathroom is tidy and dry, with all the necessary daily amenities provided, showing great attention to detail. The hotel breakfast was a big surprise during this stay. There's a rich variety of choices, including hot dishes, pastries, porridge, fruits, and drinks, all of which taste great and start your day off right. Vera and Angie were friendly and patiently answered all our questions. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is comfortable, and a pleasant stay is the most important thing when traveling. It's suitable for both short trips and business stays.

One of the highest quality hotels I've stayed at locally, on par with Banyan Tree. I went specifically for the indoor pool experience, and it was fantastic. The service was attentive and thoughtful, the environment was elegant and comfortable, and the room was spacious. All amenities were complete and of excellent quality. This was my child's favorite stay ever. The Chinese food at Yu Yuan also gets high marks. I contacted sales today to get a swimming pass, and I'll definitely be visiting this hotel often!

Both the service and room cleanliness were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping manager even prepared a birthday cake, which was a very thoughtful touch. Jayen Shirley also provided fantastic service, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely choose MGM again on my next visit.

Service: Angie, a staff member, provided excellent service; I'd give her a perfect 100. She was always quick to resolve any issues. This positive review is specifically for her. Lobby: There's no proper lounge area, just a few chairs that are always occupied. So, you pretty much have to stand around waiting. There's no complimentary tea or coffee either. It took a long time to get our room at check-in, and we had to stand while checking out. Facilities: The indoor pool is nice, but the outdoor one isn't great. There aren't many places to sit, so we couldn't find a spot and ended up standing the whole time. My legs and arms got five big bites from mosquitoes and midges. The gym facilities are good and new, but the air conditioning is insufficient, making it uncomfortably hot. Room: I personally don't like the room's dark decor. My child said the TV was too small, and there were stains on the sofa. The electric toilet makes an incredibly loud flushing noise, like a large truck passing by, which would wake up anyone using the restroom at night. The pillows are too soft, and the comforter is too thick. The AC isn't cold enough; it's too hot with the comforter, but too cold without it. Basically, I didn't get a good night's sleep. The mini-bar only had terrible drinks. Breakfast: The breakfast food was quite good, better than many hotels in China, and they even offered latte art with the coffee. Overall, it's not worth the price. There was nothing memorable about it, and no desire to stay again. The next day, I decisively switched to the Grand Hyatt Zhuhai in Gongbei. For a 1500 price, they even upgraded me to a suite because my booked room type was unavailable, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills. There's simply no comparison.

The room is beautiful and the entire hotel has an antique design. This new five-star hotel, only opened for 25 years, is truly worth a second visit. It's my first time seeing such a luxurious parking garage. The front desk staff even added me on WeChat and sent me a local travel guide. They constantly checked if I needed anything, the service was incredibly attentive! It's not my first time staying in a five-star hotel, but this level of service is truly rare and deserves praise 👍

The villa itself is very spacious, with an elegant ambiance, excellent natural light, and good ventilation. The room was impeccably clean and fresh, with no unpleasant odors, and every detail was meticulously taken care of. The mattress was just the right firmness, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep, and the toiletries were comprehensive, creating a perfect home-away-from-home vacation vibe. The pool water was crystal clear. During the day, you could swim and play freely without having to share a crowded public pool. Angie and Vera were highly responsive and always available for any needs, and they were incredibly kind. The hotel grounds and landscaping are beautiful, offering lovely areas to stroll around and enjoy the garden scenery at your leisure.

Everything was absolutely satisfying! 👍 It was my sister's birthday, so I contacted the hotel beforehand to see if they could arrange some simple birthday decorations. Upon check-in, the hotel had prepared a small birthday night light, a mini cake, and a birthday card. Although simple, it was very thoughtful, and my child loved it. The room was very clean, tidy, and quiet. Every staff member I encountered was very polite and greeted me proactively. The hotel has an elegant, ancient Chinese style. When I checked in, they offered a complimentary travel photoshoot, and I occasionally saw people taking photos there in qipaos – the environment is indeed perfect for commemorative pictures. The next day, we also booked a kids' craft activity where my child made a small bracelet and a lemon charm, which they thoroughly enjoyed.
