You can get a massage right in your room, and the technique was excellent. The service was great, and the complimentary Basque cheesecake was delicious. The staff were all very enthusiastic. Massages are very popular, so make sure to book in advance to get a good time slot.

Super great hotel to stay. Very nice smile at the front desk and concierge. MO is still my favorest stay choice with no doubt.

The hotel is great, but before the renovation the rooms were quieter. Now the door to the room is not soundproof (you can see the light under the door from the hallway), when guests talk in the hallway, or when luggage or service carts are rolled out, you can hear them in the room. This is the only significant drawback of the hotel.

The room is comfortable and warm, with a good view! I had a fever when I arrived at the hotel. I called the front desk and immediately helped find a doctor to come to the hotel for diagnosis. The service was warm and thoughtful!

One of the best 5 star hotels in my opinion, perfect location, excellent service, and great amenities! Especially impressed by the outstanding communication skills of the staff and overall efficiency and effectiveness of responses to requests. We also enjoyed the Michelin star restaurant - Deessa a lot!
