The staff were very friendly, and the room facilities were relatively high-end for Vang Vieng. However, I would like to point out the following: 1. The hotel is about 2-3 kilometers from Vang Vieng's commercial center. The surrounding area is very desolate and inconvenient for getting around. 2. Although the hotel provides a shuttle bus service to and from the station, I couldn't contact the hotel when I arrived at the station. One day, their shuttle bus broke down, and I had to call a car myself. 3. Breakfast was not a buffet but delivered to the hotel room with no choice. They served bacon, eggs, and sausages, which were all unappetizing. 4. Overall, given the high price, my expectations for the hotel were quite high, but it didn't quite meet my expectations.

Prices were very high during the Spring Festival; the hotel scenery was nice, and the private pool was perfect for families with children. The hotel was rather remote, but hotels within the city center usually offer shuttle service. However, the shuttle service wasn't always reliable. We were told it would pick us up in half an hour from the cave, but we waited an hour. We had pre-booked a car transfer from the train station, but couldn't contact the driver at the last minute, which was very worrying. We ended up contacting a Chinese person we had added on WeChat. Vang Vieng city is generally mediocre; Blanc Laphang is much better. For the same price, the hotel experience is completely different.
