服務人員的態度很好，房間設施相對來説在萬榮也是比較高檔的，但需要提醒： 1.酒店離萬榮商業中心區大概2-3公里，酒店周圍很荒什麼都沒有，出行非常不便利 2.酒店雖然提供接送站、出行的shuttle bus服務，但當時我到站聯繫酒店缺沒聯繫上，有一天他們shuttle bus還壞了，需要我自己叫車 3.早餐不是自助餐，是送到酒店房間的，也沒有選擇，他們當時做了培根雞蛋肉腸，都是些不好吃的食物。 4.總體而言這個高的價格，本來對酒店期待比較高，但不能讓人十分滿意

春節期間預訂價格很貴；酒店的風景不錯，私人泳池很適合帶孩子玩 酒店比較偏僻，但是市中心範圍內的酒店都會提供接送 但是接送就不一定靠譜了，在溶洞説是半個小時來接我們等了一個小時 提前預訂好火車站送車，臨時司機聯繫不上，非常着急，還是找了之前加的中國人微信 萬榮整個城市界面一般，還是勃朗拉幫好一點，相同價格的酒店體驗完全不一樣
