WORST EXPERIENCE! I came to check in for my birthday, only to be told my reservation had been canceled without any notice. I arrived late—around 2:30 AM—after celebrating, exhausted and just wanting to get to my room. To make matters worse, the lobby doors were locked when I got there, and I couldn’t even get inside. I had to wait until another guest let me in. Once inside, I waited about 30 minutes for the receptionist, who was nowhere to be found. When he finally showed up, I provided my ID and credit card, only to be told my reservation had been canceled. This was extremely confusing since I never received any notification from ******* and had my full booking confirmation and itinerary. Despite showing proof of my reservation, they told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to find another hotel—at 4:30 AM. I was completely exhausted, and this was the last thing I should have had to deal with on my birthday. This experience was beyond frustrating and unacceptable. I will never stay at this hotel again.

This is the place to be in Boston. Right by the seaport and walking distance to all major attractions.

Staff gave me a key that did not work. 2d floor room had windows that let too much street noise in.

Great location, in the Seaport; quick and easy getting to and from airport. Nice property; good bar/restaurant; and way check in check out. Would definitely stay there again.

From the time we walked through the front door it was unbelievable 3 gentleman at the desk were more than polite and helpful offering free champagne and told us about the amenities and local happenings. The room was beautiful with unbelievable views, the room service was timely and delicious. We checked out the rooftop, which was very busy, but every staff member was very helpful and took great care of us. We certainly will be returning!

They was at the hotel last Sunday to Monday and my card was charged $177.07 instead of the $30 which was supposed to be paid at the property. Can you check why ? Thank you.

Great front desk staff. Noticed my birthday. Provided complimentary Prosecco. Room was incredibly clean. So much to do in the area. Empire the food was on point. Grace by Nia. That brunch tho. Had the best birthday experiences here.
