This is a hotel I've stayed at multiple times. I just completed another five-day stay. I really appreciate that the hotel always reserves the same room for me. As always, the service was excellent, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with very fresh ingredients, truly reflecting the high quality of a '御三家' (top-tier) establishment. Parking fee charged ¥2000 is reasonable. We love the view in room and the big lobby. Staffs in the front desk and front door are polite and nice. We will stay in this hotel when we come to visit Osaka next time.

This was my second stay here. The service was excellent as always, and the room had a great view. The location is also very convenient, with a supermarket just a few minutes' walk away, which is super handy. Definitely great value for money, I highly recommend it!

This is an impressive hotel with excellent facilities and service. Although it's a bit far from the commercial district, the hotel shuttle bus is very convenient. On our first day, our room was right next to the elevator and a bit noisy, but the hotel promptly arranged a suite further away from the elevator for us on the second day. The Imperial is quite nice. It was the last few days of the Expo back then, so it was super crowded, and the price was a bit higher because of that. The view from the executive lounge was still pretty good. I don't speak Japanese or English, and it took a while to get breakfast delivered to the room. The service was still good though; you could ask the front desk to help call a taxi when you left. They even gave me a welcome gift on my first stay. When I went out, there was a doll on the bed, and when the housekeeper cleaned the room, she propped it up against the headboard for me, which was super cute ☺️. The view outside the room window was also good.

No onsen , location is good but little odd for USJ or Expo.. only out is near to Oskar station .. as 5 star hotel , cost is little higher side without facilities like pool for kid and onsen .. floorcarpet  is not cleaned.
