High-end Five-Star Hotel Our family chose the Westin Resort & Spa as our top pick, and the brand and service were truly five-star. It's the ideal hotel for a "free-roaming" scenic experience. From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, if you want to experience true luxury, you absolutely must see it for yourself! 🫶 Starting with check-in, we were greeted by a gentleman with slicked-back hair. His distinguished charisma really highlighted the hotel's upscale nature, and this quality left a deep impression on me. The hotel's views are unobstructed. Jogging through the woods in the morning, every breath felt like being in a natural oxygen bar. Breakfast was excellent, featuring a great selection of Nanjing's local delicacies. My child loved the duck blood vermicelli soup and the Jinling pork buns – they were delicious. This family vacation was very rewarding, and everyone had a great time. In the future, if I need a characteristic hotel for business negotiations or work, something that's reasonably priced and won't compromise on quality, the Westin Nanjing Garden Expo Park will be my first choice!

This hotel is perfectly located within the Garden Expo Park. With the room card, you can use the park's internal transportation multiple times, and the scenery is beautiful! Our butler, Xiao Ran, found an item we'd left behind, promptly reminded us, and even mailed it back – truly thoughtful! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the private Tangshan hot spring experience was excellent. The family-friendly amenities are complete, and the kids' club facilities are well-equipped. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the complimentary travel photos turned out fantastic!

Unlimited outdoor hot spring access: There was only one slightly larger and one very small hot spring pool (which hardly anyone used). The staff said they were all private, so if that's the case, don't choose a family room if you have kids because there's no private pool in the room, and only two outdoors. You won't want to just sit there soaking! I really don't understand what they mean by a 'hot spring hotel' here; it can't compare to the hot spring hotels in Yangzhou. Environment: Pretty good. Service: Quite good. They gave us tickets for the amusement park inside, but we didn't use them and just drove off after checking out. Food-wise, I'd recommend eating out before coming to stay at this hotel. There's nothing to eat nearby, and food delivery takes at least an hour. The Chinese restaurant inside the hotel is quite expensive; a braised pork dish was either 168 or 198 yuan, I can't remember, so we didn't eat there. We ate downstairs on the first floor instead, ordering one wonton soup for 68 yuan, one tomato pasta for 88 yuan, and a steak for 388 yuan. The pasta was too hard; my child found the texture unpleasant and couldn't eat it. The waiter offered to have it re-cooked, but the person in charge then said they'd make a new one, only to then say 'that's how it is, the chef tasted it.' Hmm... are the things we usually eat different from here? My child's stomach couldn't handle it, and I tasted it too – it was indeed hard. Well, perhaps we're just uncultured! The steak had no flavor; we just ate some fries. Around 9 PM, my child was hungry, so we had no choice but to buy instant noodles from the vending machine, and the price for those noodles...! Swimming Pool: My child got in and said it was a bit cold. After swimming for a short while, they immediately rushed back to the room for a shower. The corridor had a strange smell, I'm not sure if it was mold or something else. The ventilation in the room wasn't good. The bathroom sink drained slowly; maybe the room we stayed in wasn't great, or perhaps we're just peculiar and this hotel isn't for us.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was very responsive. The complimentary fruits and drinks upon check-in were freshly cut and squeezed. The swimming pool was bright and spacious, and the kids had a great time. We also received many attraction tickets, making it a perfect spot for a weekend getaway when the weather is cooler. A special shout-out to Xiaoran at the front desk for their exceptional service! Thumbs up!👍

Good! The environment here in Tangshan is really pleasant, and the air quality is much better than in the city center. It's very comfortable to take a walk around the hotel in the morning and evening. The hot spring tub in the room is quite spacious, and the water heats up quickly, perfect for unwinding. The cleanliness is also well-maintained. Overall, the service was satisfactory; the front desk was efficient with check-in, and the housekeeping staff were prompt and polite when delivering items. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but it covers all the essentials, and the duck blood vermicelli soup was particularly good. The hotel's facilities are generally new, and parking is convenient. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway near Nanjing, this place is definitely worth considering.

Pan, the front desk staff, was attentive and thorough, making the overall experience pleasant and relaxing. The hotel booking included access to a fun animal park, perfect for family outings, and we also received complimentary tickets for a stand-up comedy show and a mini-train ride. The hotel's service was excellent in resolving issues; any problems encountered while dining at the restaurant were promptly addressed. I highly recommend this place!

The front desk's Lucy was very prompt with her service. Xiao Xuan, the concierge, was incredibly helpful, even offering to fetch takeout. He was patient and had an excellent attitude. The hotel's service in general was very attentive, with thoughtful little gifts and some pleasant surprises.
