The front desk agent's coordination skills when I checked in were truly impressive. After I told her my travel schedule and specific needs, she very quickly and urgently arranged my room and reserved breakfast for the next day. On top of the already excellent hardware, I also experienced Westin's high service standards. It was indeed fantastic!👍🏻👍🏻

This hot spring hotel in the Garden Expo Park caught my eye last year, and I was lucky enough to stay there with my family of four during the excellent National Day weather this year. The hotel has a great quality feel with plenty of thoughtful details. From the friendly front desk offering complimentary cable car tickets and park entrance tickets for the Garden Expo Park, to the high standard of dishes served at the Chinese restaurant, and the attentive switchboard service (special shout out to Xiao Zhai), everything deserves praise. Finally, I also want to commend the planning and management of the Garden Expo Park itself. Compared to staying in downtown Nanjing, staying here offers a true sense of a relaxed, 'lie-flat' holiday. It's perfect for self-driving tours from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, and it's also very convenient to grab a taxi to visit attractions in the city center.

This is my second stay here, and the accommodation is excellent. They upgraded my room and provided tickets for the cable car and miniature train, which allowed us to explore the Expo Garden. My child absolutely loved it, and it was very convenient.

Facilities: Very complete, with great attention to detail. Service: Very enthusiastic and helpful. The front desk upgraded our family trip to a private hot spring. Unlimited outdoor hot spring soaking: Soaking after watching the fireworks at night was incredibly comfortable.

I booked two rooms for October 1st (National Day) and was upgraded to private hot spring rooms. Even though it was National Day and the scenic area was quite crowded, the staff showed no impatience. After watching the fireworks in the evening, they even offered ginger tea to ward off the cold – so thoughtful! Front desk staff member Xiao Zhao was super nice and gave us many park tickets, patiently answering all our questions. The hotel's guest services manager was also proactive and attentive in resolving any issues. All in all, it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

I came here for Hua Chenyu's concert. The service was excellent. Even if express delivery couldn't reach the hotel, they arranged someone to pick it up at the entrance of the scenic area. During the concert, they provided shuttle services. Thumbs up! The private hot spring was also very comfortable.

The front desk staff, Xiao Zhao, provided excellent service, and the duty manager, Lucy, was very attentive. Any issues during my stay were promptly resolved. I'm giving this hotel a five-star rating.

The hotel is located in the Garden Expo Park, and complimentary tickets and transport vouchers were provided. On a nice day, you can leisurely explore the park. The service was excellent and very attentive, especially the cleaning staff. However, the front desk seemed quite rushed when answering the phone. They also lacked knowledge about the complimentary attraction information, telling me to take a taxi to Yangshan from outside, when in fact, it's directly accessible via a sightseeing elevator.

This time I booked a garden view private hot spring suite. The room environment was excellent, with its own balcony. Soaking in the private hot spring was incredibly therapeutic. Yuan Yuan at the front desk provided excellent service, she was very thoughtful, attentive, and understanding. I had a wonderful rest this time, sleeping until almost noon. I'll definitely come again!
