This is my first review on TripAdvisor, and I honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to start. Cleanliness (5/5) The hotel was exceptionally clean. Everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and cared for. Very nice furnitures and bed. Location (5/5) If you want to stay in SoHo, this is simply the best possible location. You’re surrounded by fantastic breakfast spots, lunch options, and great restaurants for dinner - and there’s something for every budget. You truly can’t ask for better positioning. Service (5/5) The service level was the best I have ever experienced (and I’ve stayed at my fair share of 5* properties). From the doormen recognizing you by name, to reception, to the concierge - every single touchpoint felt personal and thoughtful. The attention to detail for both me and my family was exceptional. I’ve stayed in many 5-star properties - most recently the Ritz-Carlton NoMad and The Fifth Avenue Hotel here in New York - and the service here (Crosby Street) was on another level. Value for Money (5/5) It’s an expensive place to stay - no doubt about it. But you absolutely get what you pay for in terms of location, service, and overall experience. Sleep Quality (5/5) The bedding was incredibly comfortable. Coming directly from another 5-star property, the difference was noticeable. I slept with one of our children and my wife slept with the other, and we were all impressed by both the comfort of the beds and the quietness of the rooms. We slept extremely well. Rooms (5/5) If there’s one area where there’s minor room for improvement, it would be some of the interior details. You can see that certain elements, like the doors and some amenities, are a bit dated. The same goes for some of the furniture (e.g., the table in the room). I would consider updating some of the smaller details such as soaps, shampoo, power outlets, and especially the hairdryer (which felt quite old and outdated). When I mention the doors, it’s simply that from the inside they reflect that they are likely 10+ years old. They were absolutely not a problem for us - but if anything were to be refreshed, this would be the place to start.
