Atour Hotel (Zhangjiajie Yongding District Tianmenshan Cableway Station)

This Atour Hotel is super close to Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area, just a five or six-minute walk away. The front desk staff was lovely and even upgraded our room type. The breakfast was also great, with both a buffet and local specialty beef rice noodles.

The hotel is very close to the cable car, so you don't have to rush in the morning to get up the mountain. The room was clean and quiet, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast included delicious Xiangxi rice noodles, and there's also a laundry room, which was great for washing dirty clothes after hiking.

The hotel isn't far from the scenic area, making getting around very convenient. The staff were efficient, and overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

This Atour hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's just a three-minute walk to the Tianmen Mountain cable car station, so there's no need to wake up early and rush for a taxi. The rooms have a minimalist, natural wood design, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The double-glazed windows provide excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful sleep after a day of hiking. The breakfast includes authentic Xiangxi rice noodles, and there's a thoughtful late-night snack service. I highly recommend this as your top choice when visiting Zhangjiajie!

I especially loved the hotel's Zhuju Bookstore. It's open 24 hours a day, has a rich collection of books, and you can even borrow them for free. The room offered expansive views, with Mount Tianmen's unique peaks and misty clouds visible from the window. The front desk staff proactively shared tips for avoiding crowds when visiting the mountain. The facilities were complete, making the overall travel experience absolutely fantastic.
