The Westin Sanya Haitang Bay Resort

The Westin has beautiful greenery and extensive grounds. The ocean view room offers a stunning view 💕. The room is also great, close to the beach, and the pool is very unique, with the bar in the middle of the pool creating a fantastic atmosphere at night~ The location is excellent, right next to the duty-free shop, making it very convenient to get there. We had a semi-buffet breakfast at the Wu Restaurant, and the food was quite good 👍. The butler NTS service was also great; they even gave us a cute penguin skateboard doll 🐧, which I loved~ The front desk staff were all very welcoming. I will definitely come again~

Service: First and foremost, a huge thank you to our butler, Ella! ❤️ She was absolutely wonderful. She added me on WeChat even before check-in and thoughtfully informed me about various services. Her service was warm and attentive, and she promptly responded to any requests during my stay. She even sent us fruit and delicious coconuts – I was very pleased! Environment: The hotel grounds are perfect for photos, especially the beach area. The room facilities are well-equipped, and the bedding is very soft and comfortable. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would definitely return to the Westin for another vacation. Travel Photography: The paddleboarding photos by the river were fantastic! The photographer had a great eye. The travel photography here is definitely worth it. The makeup artist's service attitude was also quite good, and the manager was very nice. Breakfast: The main restaurant might have a short queue during peak hours in the morning. Towels, swimming rings, etc., are available by the pool. To get to the duty-free shop, just use the hotel's side entrance and cross the road. The takeaway cabinet is right by the lobby entrance, but you need to pick up your order yourself.

Cameron is nice, and the service was good, as was the hotel itself. It had all the facilities, a clean environment, and a wide variety of delicious and affordable food. There were many activities available, and even bug spray provided. The room had plenty of water options. The Chinese lunch arrangements were appropriate and plentiful. The only drawbacks were that the light switches in the room weren't great, a bit hard to control. The air conditioning in the Japanese restaurant wasn't strong enough, making it a bit warm. The travel photography selection process felt a bit like forced consumption; they were very quick to pull out a QR code and demand payment, as if they were afraid I wouldn't buy anything. That was a small disappointment on the trip, and I'd recommend avoiding this travel photography service; it wasn't as good as one I would choose myself. Overall, the Westin offers great value for money, with an all-inclusive package that provides plenty of diverse and clean food. It's perfect for a relaxing vacation, with a nice swimming pool, ping-pong table, billiards, and a gym, along with various activities. It's really suitable for a holiday and much better than other popular 'influencer' hotels. The F&B staff were also very accommodating, asking about our needs and what could be improved. Overall, I'm very satisfied, except for the travel photography. Every trip has a small regret, but it didn't spoil the mood. Overall, the Westin is excellent.

The hotel's photography service was great, and the kayak instructors were very helpful. Auntie Yuan Cuiye, who cleaned our room, provided excellent service, even folding towels into cute little animals. Very professional!

The hotel environment is great. Activities are decent, not a huge variety, but you can book yoga, running, and tennis in advance. You can also try paddleboarding on the river. Breakfast was just okay, nothing particularly outstanding. The Westin Sanya Haitang Bay Resort offered five complimentary photo shoots with Man Mo Travel. It's best to choose the morning or late afternoon, otherwise, it gets too sunny. The photos turned out really well!

As always, Marriott hotels excel in every aspect, especially their jungle pool, which is quite rare even in China. Our butler, Xiao Xia, provided attentive and thoughtful service. We'll definitely choose The Westin Sanya Haitang Bay Resort again next time.
