If you're a family of three looking for a comfortable sleep, this hotel's family room is a must-book! First, let's talk about the downsides. The hotel's decor is a bit old-fashioned, and it's not managed with standardized procedures across the board. For example, the disposable amenities aren't name-brand, and you need to give specific instructions for cleaning. If these things bother you, you'd be better off booking a Huazhu Hotels Group or Atour Hotel. Now for the positives. The room's decor aligns with modern aesthetics. It features two tatami beds, one of which is super large, making for a truly comfortable sleep – all three of us slept wonderfully! The bedding is very comfortable, though the pillow selection was a bit limited. The room is incredibly spacious, and the bathroom is ridiculously large. It was so nice to soak in the tub after coming back each day, and the towels were soft and of good quality. The bathrobes came in disposable, sterilized packaging, which was excellent. Breakfast is on the ninth floor, offering a superb view of Mingsha Mountain. The service staff were incredibly nice. On our first day, we missed breakfast, but they very enthusiastically let us take it down to eat. They were also very warm and friendly towards children. There's a self-service laundry, but only one machine has a dryer. However, the rooms have heating racks, so you can dry clothes directly in your room. The airport transfer driver was punctual and even gave a small camel toy to our child. We truly felt the sincerity of Dunhuang's service industry!

The hotel's location is excellent, situated in a bustling commercial area directly across from Shazhou Night Market, which was incredibly convenient. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the service was outstanding. We left items in each of our rooms, and the hotel promptly helped us mail them to our next hotel. The only minor drawback was the slightly narrow parking lot.

The room was spacious, with a clear separation between the sleeping and working areas. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation and two sinks, which was convenient for two people to get ready at the same time. The facilities were complete, and there was even a massage stick. The staff provided excellent service; when we couldn't get our car parked, a staff member even came out of the hotel to assist us. The hotel is super close to the night market, just a hundred meters walk. Breakfast was abundant, and the environment was clean.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, exceeding my expectations. The ambiance is grand and elegant, and it's clear it's been recently renovated. It's quiet, conveniently located near the night market, and easily accessible by public transport. The service attitude is excellent, and there's even a laundry room for guests, which is a great convenience.

I had a very satisfying stay. The hotel is right next to Dunhuang Night Market, so the convenience is undeniable. We arrived at the hotel around 8 or 9 PM, dropped off our luggage, and immediately started our Dunhuang exploration. The hotel room was almost excessively large; the bathroom was even bigger than a standard room at other hotels.

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite Shazhou Night Market. The room decor is also very nice. I forgot to take pictures of breakfast, but they had a great selection of cold dishes, hot dishes, fruits, and drinks. There's parking available right in front of the hotel and also an underground garage. In the evening, after visiting Crescent Spring, we took the free shuttle bus that drops you near the hotel, and it was only a 7-8 minute walk back to rest. So convenient! Plus, the room even has a bathtub, perfect for the kids to soak in after a tiring day. From its location to its service, this hotel is simply perfect. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dunhuang!!

The room's location is excellent, right above a night market, making dining very convenient. It's also very close to the airport. The room amenities are comprehensive, and they even provide an iron, which is a really thoughtful touch. It was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

A very comfortable hotel with an excellent location. It's right downstairs from Shazhou Night Market, making it super convenient for grabbing supplies or a quick bite. The breakfast on the top floor with a view of Mingsha Mountain, enjoying a bowl of beef noodles, was a great experience. The self-service laundry area is also very convenient. My only suggestion: it would be even better if the breakfast selection could be a bit richer.

This is a great hotel! I really liked the room layout. The bedding was very clean, and the water pressure was excellent, making showers and doing laundry very comfortable. They even provided a bathtub with a disposable tub liner, which was perfect for my child to soak in after playing in the sand dunes – all the sand just washed right off. The hotel also has its own charging stations, which saved us a lot of hassle. It's also very close to Shazhou Night Market, just across the road.
