Right at the entrance of the scenic area, the location is excellent, and it's convenient for dining and entertainment. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff provided great service. The front desk was warm, welcoming, and polite. I'll definitely come again!

The location is excellent, and the room was very warm. Breakfast was a bit simple; it could be more varied. The service was great, and they even provided a razor. This hotel is definitely a good option to consider.

Facilities: Wyndham Classic amenities. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Beautiful surroundings, very close to Dongmen, which is super convenient. Service: The front desk service was very thoughtful; they provided an extra pair of slippers and a small gift for the child.

Pros: Very close to the East Gate. I asked the front desk if they could change my double room to a twin room, and they ended up giving us a triple room (the twin rooms were sold out) 🤣 Cons: The actual place is much, much older than the hotel photos suggest. The towels were dirty (good thing I don't use them anyway). The room had a damp, musty smell. Although there were many breakfast options, the ingredients weren't great; my child spit out a sip of orange juice (and usually doesn't have stomach issues), and the butter and jam also tasted really strange.

I stayed at several hotels during the National Day holiday, including Ramada, Hanting, and Hampton, and this one was definitely the worst. Getting into the parking lot required talking to the front desk multiple times. The first time, the woman at the desk asked if I was staying there or just dropping someone off, and made me drive out. After waiting for over 20 minutes, they finally arranged a parking spot. I understand it's near a scenic area, so parking can be tough. The cleanliness inside was concerning. Perhaps the hotel is old, and the scenic area is so popular they haven't had time to renovate. The carpets were filthy; my child even said it was too dirty to walk on. The breakfast staff were also unhygienic. The auntie serving rice noodles had her thumb inside the bowl when handing it to me, and her fingernails were black. She wasn't wearing disposable gloves either, which I haven't encountered at other hotels. Additionally, I stayed on the sixth floor, and breakfast was on the seventh. Before 7 AM, you could hear carts or tables and chairs being dragged across the floor above, making a lot of noise. If you're a light sleeper, be cautious. As for it being a franchise, that's beside the point – it just wasn't a good experience at all.
