Overall, it's pretty good, though the lobby is a bit cluttered. The room was spacious enough; I remember staying in the same room type two years ago and it seemed even larger. Anyway, room types in New York hotels vary quite a bit and aren't very standardized.

I booked a single room for my mom. On the first night, there was painting work being done outside the room. By the second day, the room was filled with a strong, choking paint smell. We reported it to the front desk, and within five minutes, they arranged a room change. The new room had a great view, a large storage space, and best of all, a smart toilet. My mom was very happy with it.

The hotel is right by the UN building. The room was decent, and you could see the Empire State Building and Rockefeller Center from the window. I had to rent a kettle from the coffee shop downstairs for about $30, which is practically the price of buying a new one. There was a red stain on the carpet and around the bed, and I really hope it was just red wine and not anything else. I tried not to think about it too much, but it did make me a little uneasy every time I saw it.

The service was absolutely abysmal. I've been to New York countless times, and this is the first hotel I've stayed in where the staff's attitude was so terrible. How can a place be so expensive and yet so utterly disappointing?

The hotel is super convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the Central Station and 20 minutes from Times Square. It's in a quiet spot but still close to all the action. Plus, there are plenty of bus routes nearby if you want to venture further out 👍. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a great view. Overall, a very satisfying stay!

Just a two to three-minute walk to the UN building, which feels incredibly safe! The room was also very clean and hygienic. This is always my go-to hotel whenever I'm in New York!

The service attitude was very 'New York' – they only selectively dealt with issues. The bathtub and sink were both clogged and had drainage problems. I messaged them multiple times, but no one resolved it. I even had to unclog the bathtub myself, pulling out hair.
