Chateau Marmont

It was the most wonderful magical experience celebrating my 70th birthday with my son. It had been on my bucket list for over 30 years! The staff were kind and friendly and the food was superb. Thank you Chateau Marmont x.

A hotel that needs no introduction. This was our first stay at CM and will absolutely not be the last. So many things about this place feel special. This hotel is not for people who book "by the numbers". This is will never win an award for "best hotel" here on Tripadvisor. It's about a feeling and sense of place. The service is impeccable. It's informal but polished. There's no pretense, interactions are conversational in nature. You really feel like it's a sanctuary, for you and for so many people over the years. The F&B spaces are a delight, the pool is beautiful (heated and open 24 hours to boot), the drinks are strong, table tennis at night is a vibe. It's the kind of the property that looks rooted in time but all the details are there. This was one of 3 properties in our recent LA visit (we used to live here for years) and the one we'll return to will be Chateau Marmont.

Our absolute favorite hotel. Even though we are loyal to the Beverly Hills Hotel, we must split up our time. I love the staff the artwork, the food happy hour… Nighttime drinks in the living room (I call it). We also love the pool area. We spend days at the pool without leaving the hotel. I love the employees and cannot say enough about the service they provide. We love everything about the hotel and will be guests for life.

We stopped by at CM for a cocktail at the bar before a benefit show at the laugh factory. From the music, to the service to the SMELL, it felt luxurious. Even though we stayed briefly, would say it was a highlight of the trip and a wonderful experience overall

Glorious, old school cool. Luxurious. A breath of calm, fresh air in the madness of LA. So great just to relax in, and people watch. Glamorous, stylish and great fun. Not cheap though! Would go again.

I love that this trendy spot doesn't act pretentious. I love the location, and I love that the people who work there were some of the nicest we met in LA. This really is a super fun place and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
