Breakfast was excellent! The reception staff were also very warm and welcoming, remembering my name after just a few visits and greeting me from a distance. The Korean gentleman who checked me in was also very nice. There's also a hotel driver at the entrance who can give you a free ride to nearby places when he's free. A big thank you again to the two Chinese managers at the hotel for helping us with so many issues, especially Ms. Chen from Customer Relations. I hope the hotel has more managers like her!

Absolutely perfect.

The room was lovely and very comfortable, but I had ordered breakfast and there was quite a queue. I decided to wait a bit and come back, but I was 5 minutes late and couldn't get in, so I lost out on 10,000 yen. It was also disappointing that the staff at the 40th-floor Sky Lounge were very unfriendly.

The service was absolutely terrible, the worst I've experienced among all the five-star hotels I've stayed in. Even though I booked a room with breakfast through Ctrip, every time I went to the restaurant, they claimed I didn't have a reservation. Then, after checking with the front desk, they admitted it was a mistake and confirmed my booking. But this happened repeatedly. Is it chaotic management or what? The front desk staff were stiff and unhelpful, they wouldn't even give me an extra tissue! For a 4000 CNY per night room, the service was worse than a budget hotel! The experience was truly awful! I advise everyone to think twice before choosing this hotel! Oh, and there was a long queue for breakfast, and it wasn't even good. Bad review! My first time leaving a negative review.

The room offered a great view, and the surrounding area had a strong artistic vibe. The hotel's design was excellent, with new and clean facilities. The coffee was fantastic, and the restaurant had a good variety of delicious dishes at reasonable prices.
