Agula Designer Landscape Hotel Dunhuang

The hotel smelled lovely as soon as you walked in. A staff member kindly showed us how to use everything in the room, which was a nice touch. It's really close to all the tourist attractions, and being relatively quiet is a big plus! I forgot to take pictures inside the hotel, but it had a great design.

The location is excellent, very close to the night market, making it super convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was very comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive. Overall, it was a great stay, highly recommended if you're visiting Dunhuang!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, just across the road from Shazhou Night Market. The design is full of Dunhuang ambiance, making it perfect for photos. The service is thoughtful and attentive; they gave us apricot peel water upon check-in and even helped us plan our Mogao Grottoes reservation. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. It was very convenient for getting around and finding food. A very satisfying stay for our Dunhuang trip.

Be careful when staying at this hotel; they won't return forgotten items. I left pajamas and shoes behind. I called just one day later, and they said the pajamas were thrown away, and they denied having the shoes at all. They offered compensation for the pajamas but refused to acknowledge the shoes, even claiming I deleted them from WeChat. Is that really a reason not to return my shoes? I checked out, and they have my booking information; couldn't they contact me? I wonder if someone just found my shoes and decided they were good to wear. The bed was too soft, causing back pain, and the parking lot was far away, which was inconvenient.

The room was fine! Well-equipped, and the hairdryer was powerful! The front desk lady provided excellent service and even helped with laundry, thumbs up! 👍

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. They even walked me to the door and patiently explained the local routes. Anything I needed, they promptly brought to my room. I'm planning to stay here again in the winter! It's very close to the night market, but the hotel's design is so well-thought-out that there's no noise at night. They even thoughtfully offered apricot tea! Dining and transportation in the area are very convenient. It's also close to the Dunhuang Museum and several lamb restaurants that locals love, highly recommended! Getting to the Mogao Grottoes, the airport, and the train station is also very easy. The hotel offers affordable shuttle services, which is especially great for those who need it, particularly if you're arriving late at night!

The environment was comfortable. The hotel had already turned on the AC before I checked in, and the front desk lady personally escorted me to my room. The service was excellent! They also offered a lovely complimentary afternoon tea, and the small camel souvenir was adorable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dunhuang.
