Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo

In my opinion, Bvlgari is hands down the best hotel in Tokyo, a must-stay! 1. The hotel's overall aesthetic achieves a perfect balance of Eastern and Western beauty, seamlessly blending Bvlgari's unique Italian jewelry artistry with Japanese Zen-inspired interior design, truly embodying top-tier luxury. The facilities and room decor are all brand new, and the pool is incredibly photogenic and stunning. 2. The service is polite and understated. I checked in directly in my room, with my passport retrieved from my bag downstairs, making the process incredibly smooth and efficient. 3. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, which is extremely convenient if you want to pop down for some shopping or a meal. The location is also very close to Tokyo Station, easily accessible upon arrival. 4. The breakfast was quite good, although the Japanese breakfast options fell a bit short for my taste. Also, I find the à la carte style slightly inferior to a buffet, but then again, all Bvlgari hotels serve breakfast trolley-style, so it's a matter of personal preference. Overall, having stayed at both Aman and Bvlgari on this trip, if I had to choose again, it would definitely be Bvlgari.

The front desk claimed to have upgraded our room for free, but upon check-in, we found ourselves on a low floor with the Tokyo Station railway tracks right outside the window. The constant rumble of trains day and night severely disrupted our sleep. We considered asking to switch rooms, but with only two nights booked and a lot of luggage, we decided against the hassle and just made do. Paying premium hotel prices for such a poor experience was a huge disappointment. I highly recommend avoiding rooms facing the railway tracks when booking.

I specifically came to experience the Bulgari Tokyo, which is on the 2025 Top 50 list. The pillow menu was great, the views were excellent, the public areas were spacious, and the service was impeccable. The breakfast was a bit less substantial compared to the Shanghai location. They were very thorough with the private car parking arrangements. The room was very large and absolutely wonderful. When I arrived, they quickly helped with my luggage and brought it up to the room.

The food definitely needs improvement. The hotel's brand philosophy presentation is worth checking out. The service and facilities are excellent and worth a return stay. However, the dining experience seriously needs to be strengthened.

Fantastic experience! The service was top-notch, and while the price was high, the quality of service definitely justified it.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and polite. Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but we arrived around noon after checking out from our previous hotel. We initially just wanted to drop off our luggage and come back later to check in. Luckily, after confirming our reservation, the staff told us we could check in right away. The service staff then escorted us to our room to complete the check-in process there, which made for an extremely satisfying experience. The room was beautiful, and all the amenities felt very high-end and luxurious. We really enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely choose Bulgari again next time.
