Sheraton Johor Bahru

Great stay! Everything was good, from the cleanliness to the comfort of the room. The location was convenient, and we really enjoyed our time here. highly recommended!

5/5 – Excellent Stay at Sheraton Johor Bahru! Fantastic experience at this newly opened hotel! The rooms are spacious, modern, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. The hotel feels fresh and luxurious, with a strong sense of safety and security throughout the property. A very comfortable and pleasant stay, perfect for both families and business travellers. Highly recommended, and I would definitely return!

Sheraton JB certainly has some pros and cons during my stay Pros: breakfast spread and quality was good. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was beside SKS mall which is convenient. Cons: thought checkout was smooth, check in was quite a delay as the seniors are busy guiding the junior staff. Breakfast restaurant could not cope with the Sunday morning breakfast crowd. Price is on a high side so overall value as compared to other hotels are too high.

Hotel is very new which is good, nice decor in terms of aesthetic, shower pressure is good, next to mall in same building which is convenient but location is quite jam to get to and from hotel. Bed is on the hard side which isn’t to my liking and the blanket is very basic for this price point. Views were great so were the facilities

Cabinet door is loose. I need to call for lodging a case Don't feel like a 5 star hotel experience. Complimentary carpark is good. Though not related to hotel but the surrounding roads leading to hotel lobby and carpark are messy and a lot of construction going on. Why not invest a robot for food delivery?

The hotel is new, well-maintained, and offers a very comfortable stay. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. We booked a Club Room, which included evening cocktails from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The food selection was decent, and alcohol drinks were available, although champagne was not included. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and most of the dishes were tasty. The staff were very accommodating, regularly asking for feedback and offering to help carry food from the buffet to our table. SKS city Mall is directly connected to the hotel. The mall is new and not crowded, with many hair and nail salons, two facial salons, and a newly opened Thai Odyssey massage outlet, which was good and convenient. The hotel is also conveniently located, with a short Grab ride to the ICQ. Overall, it was a great stay. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the service was excellent. I would gladly stay here again.
