My family loves to stay in this hotel. With the sks mall, it provides more food varieties and supermarket. Overall, a very relaxing trip.

Fast and easy check-in. Integrated with SKS mall with lots of varieties such as restaurants, retails, cafes, etc.

Beautiful hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. Room are clean and comfortable. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the evening cocktails at the Iounge. Highly Recommended!

The experience was great, the only downside was that the disposable slippers in the room were of very low quality.

Stayed here many times since it opened. We like the impeccable service and the cleanliness of the room. Close to CIQ, and attached to SKS. While not as diverse as mid valley or KSL, there’re still quite a few good stores like rnc, chagee. Room is spacious and has a big table for dining.

Hope the food variety for room service can increase and can have more special coffee. Nice view nice facilities

Big and spacious room as always. However, the breakfast buffet might have dropped standard as compared to the first time we stayed. The rates are getting more and more expensive

Been staying with a few JB hotels that is near to mall. Sheraton JB win with it big room, friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. It also near a new mall. If anything bad about it - need to work on the Internet coverage and the TV channels access. It was down a few time during our one day stay.

This was my first stay in a room with a leaking ceiling and at a new Sheraton hotel, no less. This experience was far below the standard I expected from the Sheraton brand. The air conditioner malfunctioned, and engineering had to open the ceiling to inspect it. What should have been a quick check turned into more than 20 minutes of loud repair work late at night. I was then told the unit needed cleaning, which made me question whether proper preventive maintenance is being carried out. The leaking bathroom ceiling also created a slippery floor, posing a clear safety risk. Surprisingly, no one from management offered to move us to another room, despite the obvious inconvenience. I also requested extra floor mats to reduce the slipping risk. After waiting for over an hour, I was informed that Guest Services had forgotten to notify Housekeeping. This only added to the frustration. The most disappointing part was the handling of the incident by the Duty Manager. He relied solely on the engineering team’s assurance that the issue had been resolved without personally verifying the room condition. I specifically requested a follow up but he never came back to me. When I checked with the next Duty Manager on the following shift, I was told that no handover or follow up message had been left regarding my case. This reflects poor communication, lack of accountability and inadequate concern for guest safety. Mr. Mika, I am still waiting for your follow-up regarding this incident.
