The hotel is in a nice location, perfect for a short relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the free lounge access, with a delicious dinner buffet and refreshing mocktails at the Sheraton Club. The swimming pool offers both a normal pool and a kid zone, making it a great choice for families. Breakfast was another highlight — a wide buffet spread with Chinese, Malay, and Indian options, plus plenty of bread varieties to choose from. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent facilities for both relaxation and anniversary time. 🌿🏊🍴

My last stayca at Sheraton was in Mar. Back then, the SKS mall wasn't opened yet. Now that the mall is open with alot more hotel guests, im glad that they still maintain their good standard. The room is very clean and comfortable, the pool too is clean and the gym is nice. With the mall, it does provide more convenience of getting food.

Awesome stay! Service was impeccable. The room is extremely spacious and spotless. Even the bathroom is huge and luxurious. The pool is gorgeous especially at night. Mall is located just below the hotel and minutes away from JB Sentral. Hotel provides shuttle service at various times there. They even have lockers located at 1st floor concierge for grabfood orders which is very thoughtful.

Stayed at Sheraton JB recently. The room was comfortable and the breakfast spread was good, with plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate the morning crowd. Late check-out was not available, and the door connecting to SKS Mall only opens at 10am, which can be inconvenient if you want to access the mall earlier. Overall, a pleasant stay with good facilities and breakfast.
