expectation with everything , a lot of eatery places near hotel, like it Short walking distance to TRX , enjoy night scenery

Friendly staff, clean room. Just a lil noisy with guests slamming doors and honking vehicles. Has a lot of hawker stalls around with one just right opposite the hotel.

Always love to stay in this hotel! We have been choosing here more than 5times🤣 Good service and breakfast, the room is clean, recommend those rooms with nice balcony and bath tubs 🩵

Location is convenient, would be walkable if the weather was better! Had a free upgrade to the room with a loft and it was huge! The free breakfast everyday was good, they rotate around 6 dishes, 2 dishes a day! They also provided coffee, juice, fruits, overnight oats and yogurt! Theres room cleaning everyday and amenities like toothbrush are also provided. The pool is pretty disappointing tho. It’s a super small pool just to soak and chill in right infront of the reception… Nonetheless, it’s still pretty worth the money!

An industrial-concept hotel conveniently located beside TRX. The area is peaceful with minimal traffic, and there are several local eateries and cafés within walking distance. The room design is cozy and comfortable, and guests are welcomed with a complimentary cookie presented in a tin. Breakfast is served à la carte with two options, western or local, complemented by a self-service selection of pastries, overnight oats, juices, and fruits. Cleanliness wise there was a stain on the bedsheet. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Our first time at Lloyd's and safe to say it won't be our last! We checked in at ard 6pm and it was very smooth. There's a 200rm deposit, can be paid by cash or credit. The interior of the lobby and the room has a rustic, industrial-ish vibe that is personally nice for me. But love that all the essentials were provided for, like shower gels, hangers, two complimentary bottled water, hairdryer, dental kit, pipe bidet and towels. I also really like the scent of the hand wash and the showel gel, and the shower is strong and has a good heater!! There's also a lovely breakfast at their cafe at level 5, where you can choose between two sets for the day. This was nice as it meant as a couple, we get to try both sets. It also reduced food wastage. There is juice, fruits, croissants, overnight oats and yogurts too. Best part is location!!! Trx is only 5 mins away on foot and the mrt is so easy and accessible. The only downside is the room is a tad bit smaller in size - with our two luggages, we had to squeeze a bit for prayers. Also the walls are quite thin so at night, we can hear when people are walking pass loudly or when they are playing loud music at the corridor. Check-out was quite crowded as the lobby is quite small and many of us were checking out at the same time, 12pm. However the staff were friendly and helpful. There's even a luggage room if you're planning to leave your luggage after check out!
