If you are looking for a blend of comfort and convenience in Zhengzhou, this is the place to be. Highlights of my stay: Prime Location: The hotel’s proximity to the East Railway Station is unbeatable. It made my transit incredibly smooth and stress-free. it is only few minute walk to the high-speed rail station. Top-Notch Facilities: I was impressed by the well-maintained gym and the free laundry room. Having access to a self-service laundry is a huge plus for travelers who want to refresh their wardrobe mid-trip. Wonderful Staff: The team here is genuinely friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome from the moment you check in. Above and Beyond Service: The standout moment of my trip was their flexibility with my schedule. My flight to Shanghai wasn’t until 8:00 PM, so I requested a late check-out. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff extended my stay until 4:00 PM at no extra charge. This kind gesture made a massive difference in my travel day, allowing me to rest before heading to the airport. Final Verdict: I really appreciate the hospitality shown by the Atour team. The service at this hotel was great. We asked the staff some questions about things to do and how to get to certain sites. They provided us with information we needed to enjoy our stay. The laundry room has multiple washer and dryers which was super convenient. The gym has 2 treadmills making it super easy to get a workout in. The location is nice because we were close to the railway station which helped us when we went on a day trip outside of the city.

Just stayed in this hotel for one night because of its close proximity to East Zhengzhou station. Overall it’s a nice new clean hotel. Breakfast don’t have many options & it’s pretty basic.
