Banyan Tree Sanya

The hotel, as always, was incredibly satisfying. The package I booked included airport transfer service. When the driver for my pick-up seemed to have an issue, the hotel promptly arranged a new one for me. Upon arrival, they even upgraded my room. The staff member, a young lady named Zhang Cong, was beautiful and kind, humorous and witty, always accommodating, and exceptionally attentive. When a frog hopped into the pool one evening, I immediately called staff to help remove it. They also thoughtfully extended my check-out time knowing my flight was late, and even helped me call a taxi for my departure. The service was truly excellent 👍. Next time I visit, I'll definitely stay at Banyan Tree again.

Facilities: Excellent! Although it's been around for some years, it's incredibly well-maintained, living up to the standards of a luxury hotel group! We stayed in a villa with a massive private pool, and the water quality was spotless! With a total area of nearly 300 square meters, it was truly comfortable – thumbs up! Ambiance: Their own private beach makes watching the sunset a breeze! The Southeast Asian-style garden design means you don't need to fly all the way to places like Bali or Phuket to enjoy the sun, sand, fine wine, and delicious food. Service: We had a professional personal butler who was incredibly responsive to every request. It felt truly comfortable – kudos to the service team! Overall, this spontaneous trip brought so many unexpected delights, and the accommodation was definitely a highlight. We're planning to come back to Sanya next year for another vacation!

The room facilities were a bit basic, and some swings in the outdoor playground were rusty. However, the villa itself was quiet, and it was super convenient to walk to the beach and restaurants. The beach loungers were very comfortable, the greenery was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. My child also loved the pool. Our butler, Lind, was attentive and enthusiastic.

To sum it up, this was a nearly perfect vacation, and in my opinion, if you're looking for a quiet, tranquil, and comfortable resort experience, then Banyan Tree Sanya is the absolute best in Sanya! Beyond these advantages that surpass other hotels, Banyan Tree doesn't skimp on the expected perks of a luxury brand. First, the online claims of outdated facilities are unfounded; everything is in perfect working order. Second, regarding hygiene, even with a private pool villa nestled in the rainforest, I found the cleanliness to be absolutely up to standard! I was also quite satisfied with breakfast, especially the sour and spicy seafood noodles and the egg tarts – absolutely superb! And most importantly, the service. You can tell the front desk and concierge staff are genuinely dedicated; they are very patient and communicate and resolve issues promptly. Since it was our anniversary, they even upgraded our room when available, a big thank you to our butler, Youyou, for this wonderful hospitality! Overall, this trip far exceeded my expectations, and I am extremely satisfied!

The hotel environment is quiet and private. Zoe at the front desk had a great service attitude. Even after staying for four nights, it still felt too short. Next time, I'll visit the Banyan Tree Sanya to experience a different scenery. The service is highly recommended!

The location is excellent, right by Luhuitou Park, with a private beach and a pier extending into the sea. The outdoor pool is huge and winding, and the independent villas all have their own pools, creating a fantastic holiday vibe. Although it's an older hotel, the service is spot on. The waiter from Mingyue Restaurant who delivered room service was very enthusiastic, making sure the food was properly arranged in the room before leaving. The buggy driver stopped along the way for me to take photos as requested, and Lobby Butler Xiao He provided thoughtful service, helping with my luggage and driving the buggy right to my door. The restaurant is located right below the lobby. Although not large, the food quality is excellent.

An absolutely amazing experience, quiet and peaceful with very few people. Completely private. The service was superb; as soon as you mentioned something, they would immediately come and take care of it. Truly perfect for a relaxing getaway. Special thanks to Youyou. The private pool was huge. The service was incredibly attentive. It was a super pleasant and private stay. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sanya. The hotel photoshoot was also fantastic and produced great pictures. Worth taking photos!
