Great location!! Clean room with nice view. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Their what’s app/ line messages response quickly. Gym and pool was amazing! Big selection on breakfast buffet and executive lounge. With a very nice river / city view too. The hotel provides a free ⛴️ shuttle. Within 10 mins walk to icon Siam. Walking distance to many local restaurants and spa. Will definitely come back again.

Great location and decent service, but the hotel is really old. The air conditioning had a strange smell, and the hot water at night was scalding, impossible to shower with. The doorknob even fell off when I pulled it! 😂😂😂 Especially after staying at the Kimpton the day before, this place was a huge disappointment.

We booked the family suite for an occupancy of four adults. It came with a partial river view. Room was spacious and comfy. It came with Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. The buffet breakfast was fantastic especially with the variety of juices and drinks they provide. The design of the breakfast area is spectacular. Location is a convenient 5mins walk to Icon Siam.
