Perfect location in Florence. The room was very cool and unique and the staff was friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The room cleaning needs to be improved. The breakfast is very good. The service provided by the breakfast waitress, Ms. Zheng, is very good. I am very grateful. The five stars are for Ms. Zheng. The bedside lamp turns on by itself when sleeping at night. This happened several times in one night. It should be due to old equipment. The location is next to the station. It may be more convenient to stay next to the opera house for sightseeing.

Single room, but the bathroom is spacious enough; the service is thoughtful; the most outstanding thing is the excellent location! If you are tired of shopping, you can stroll back to the room for ten minutes after lunch to rest for a while and continue shopping in the afternoon
