Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Seaport District

The place is close to the pier and airport, and also to the conventioanl center.

The suite is far bigger and better than the normal hotel rooms in the same building so if price is not way more expensive(in our case it was only slightly higher),pick the suite

We likes staying in the apartments a lot. Great location with easy access to public transportation to Manhattan. Clean, comfortable and with cheerful staff.

Excellent and Exceptional

I firstly arrived at 13:00, and tried to check-in, the Arabic-dressing reception told me there was no room available as soon as she opened my passport….a guest before me just successfully checked in. Well, I asked the place for luggage storage, she coldly told with a deadly face that “go straight and turn right”. What is that? I waited for 5minutes and no people came back to storage. I went back to reception and told her, I was in a rush to see off my friend who is to catch up with a flight. Well, the Arabic lady just asked me to wait and wait, there would be people. What is this?! More interesting, after I came back from lunch, it was around 16:00, there was only one reception who was earlier beside the Arabic-dressing lady. She asked me to wait, and then started to clean her own hands, and the tables. It was at least 5minutes later when a gentleman come to the reception, she asked the gentleman to make checkin for me. What are these rubbish service and rubbish workers the hotel has! It was my first experience for such kind of hotel service during the past 40years around the world!

Clean and spacious rooms, breakfast of sufficient quality and poor variety to be improved

Excellent hotel facilities. Excellent room features and size. Great location for walking into city. 300 yards from free airport bus stop. Would definitely choose again.
