HOTEL FORZA OSAKA NAMBA

The hotel is located within Dotonbori. It was a comfortable walk to the train station. We were comfortable in leaving the kids walking around as there were no cars allowed in the area. The kids had a great time in the arcades while adults go shopping. Just a min walk yo Ichiran, nearby shops include Do. Quixote, and alot of nice restos. Downside is if traveling with a big group with a bit of luggage. You will have to walk out to meet your ride. Would be difficult when raining.

Located at the busy Namba which is convenient. But quite walking distance from main Namba station. So if from airport with luggage you need to drag but flat surface. Hotel provided free flow amenities (small towel, hair comb / brush, lotion, milk cleansing, bath powder) at the lobby which is a plus point. FamilyMart is right opposite hotel and hotel is surrounded with many other restaurants (halal restaurants were also walking distance such as A5 pangk wagyu and tendon halal). Near with two Donki and near the busy shopping distance. Room was spacious for Japan. Check in and check out was easy. Iron provided / hair dryer upon request.

The location is very strategic because it is located in the Dotonbori area, the Japanese hotel size room is quite spacious, but unfortunately the receptionist should be able to speak fluent English, when checking in, I was served unfriendly by one of the reception staff and that made me really angry as if we had never checked in the hotel.

We had been stayed here for 5 nights. The check in process is quite fast and easy and check out is automated process through the machine at the reception . It is basic room come with with basic amenities as expected . Room is small but is fit either 2 people and 2 big luggage. The drilling point is superb location . The shopping street and food street just at down stair and near by. About 500m walk to namba station or shinsaibashi station . Good for value especially in peak season

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms.  Good internet.  Rooms are small.  The location was great for us but some might be overwhelmed by the crowds.

The hotel itself was great, and the employees were very kind and helpful. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and the staff did their best to accommodate our concerns. However, the first room we were given had a strong smell of Indian spices that made it unpleasant to stay in. We requested a room change, and the staff quickly transferred us to another room, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the second room smelled like cigarettes, although it was still better than the first room, so we decided to stay there. Overall, the hotel has great staff and good service, but the rooms could definitely be cleaned and refreshed better to improve the guest experience.
