Facilities: All the basics are covered, and they even provide a small stool in the bathroom, which is a thoughtful touch. Hygiene: Extremely clean and tidy. The wet and dry areas in the bathroom are well-separated. Environment: Right outside is Universal Studios and the JR station, making it super convenient to get around. Service: Warm and patient. Even with a language barrier, communication was effortless. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The location is unbeatable, super close to the Universal Studios entrance. The room was decent and quite spacious. They even let me check in early before 3 PM, which was a big plus. Overall, it's good value for money. I'd choose this place again next time.

The main reason I booked this hotel is its unbeatable proximity to USJ. You literally walk out and in two to three minutes, you're at the park entrance. This gives you a huge advantage for morning queues, and if it gets too hot during the day, you can pop back for a break before heading out to play again in the afternoon. The second major point is that the rooms here are the biggest among the surrounding hotels. You don't feel cramped or squashed, unlike those 'sparrow hotels' you often find elsewhere in Japan. It feels much more spacious and comfortable. I didn't try the food at the hotel this time, but it looked pretty good. Plus, there's a shopping street right below the hotel, making it super convenient for both dining and shopping. Overall, big rooms and the best location are this hotel's biggest strengths. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to USJ.

The high-floor views are excellent, and it's very close to the park. I'd definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Universal Studios.

The facilities are simple yet comfortable, perfect for families. The location is super close to Universal Studios – you're practically at the main entrance as soon as you step out! And when you're hungry, there's the City Wall food street right downstairs!

The hotel is right next to Universal Studios, super convenient, you get there as soon as you exit the subway. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby.
