The Park Front Hotel at Universal Studios Japan

Extremely satisfied! The location is fantastic, right outside USJ—probably the closest hotel to the park. The breakfast was generous and impressive, even featuring salmon and avocado poke bowls, and there was no waiting. The service was also excellent.

★★☆☆☆ The only advantage of this hotel is its location. It is very close to the entrance of Universal Studios Japan, just a few minutes' walk away, which is indeed convenient for families traveling with children. Other than that, the overall stay was quite disappointing. The room facilities are noticeably dated, the cleanliness was subpar, and it falls far short of the quality one would expect. Given the room rates, this is really hard to accept. We had hoped for a comfortable and clean accommodation environment, but ended up feeling let down after checking in. The hotel's main selling point seems to be solely its location; it lacks competitiveness in every other aspect, and the overall value for money is very low. Being close to Universal Studios is convenient, but that doesn't mean room quality and basic cleanliness can be overlooked. At this price point, there are much better accommodation options available. I would not consider staying here again in the future, nor would I recommend it to travelers who value accommodation quality.

The room is very clean and quite spacious—no problem at all opening three suitcases simultaneously. The service is also very attentive, amenities are restocked promptly, and they use POLA products, which are of great quality. I will definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel room is a bit old, and the room's cleanliness is just average, though the bathroom is relatively clean. The location is a major plus, right on Universal Boulevard, and just a short walk to the USJ entrance, perfect for resting up before heading back into the park. The room faces the main entrance, and my kid absolutely loved watching the roller coasters from the window.

The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from Universal Studios, which was a huge advantage for getting there early or returning to the room for a rest during the day. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, but free drinking water was not provided.

We chose this hotel for our trip to Universal Studios, and it's conveniently located not far from the park entrance, making coming and going very easy. There are plenty of dining options nearby, as well as Universal Studios merchandise stores. The day we arrived happened to be a Japanese holiday, so it was incredibly crowded. Check-in started at 3 PM, and we had to wait in line for a long time. The hotel is quite large and even has a Family Mart convenience store inside, which was great since we didn't book breakfast. We booked a city view room, but the front desk gave us a room on the 4th floor, so there was basically no view outside the window. For Japan, the room was quite spacious. Overall, it was convenient for accessing Universal Studios.

There's a direct bus from Osaka Kansai Airport to Universal Studios Japan for 1600 JPY per person. You can catch it at bus stop number 3, and it takes about 50-70 minutes. After getting off, it's just a 5-minute walk to the hotel. The hotel's location is fantastic, right outside the Universal Studios entrance, literally a 1-minute walk away, and it's also on Universal Citywalk. There's a Lawson convenience store right behind the hotel, and Universal Citywalk has tons of restaurants, including a Sushiro right downstairs. At the end of Universal Citywalk is the train station, making it super convenient to get to Shinsaibashi in just 30 minutes by train. The room was also very spacious.

The closest hotel to Universal Studios. Plenty of food and drink options right outside. The room was spacious for Japan standards. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The cute omelet didn't taste very good, but the salmon and avocado rice was decent.
