Hampton by Hilton, Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right across from the Tianmen Mountain cable car in the city center. There are tons of great food options downstairs, and I enjoyed Tea's Tone & Color every day. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and helpful, always quick to assist with any request. They even gave us a gift when we checked out. For anyone planning a trip to Zhangjiajie, I highly recommend this place!

The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the Tianmen Mountain cable car station. The breakfast was decent, and the restaurant auntie even told me to eat more because hiking would be tiring later. There's a dumpling shop behind the hotel with delicious beef noodles. After eating, you can just swipe your card to enter the hotel's back door right across the street.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the lower cable car station, just across the road. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, including highly-rated restaurants, Changsha's famous 'Tea Beauty & Delight' (Cha Yan Yue Se), and small supermarkets. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel offers free popsicles. The hotel breakfast is also great and quite varied. I've stayed in many Hampton by Hilton, Holiday Inn, Even Hotels, Mercure, and Atour hotels across the country, and this one stands out for its wide variety of breakfast items and large dining area. The front desk staff were very welcoming when we checked in. We were quite confused by the A-B-C lines, and the front desk patiently and clearly explained everything to us.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a great view of the cable car across the way. The facilities were excellent and everything was spotlessly clean. The best part is the unbeatable location – just a short walk to the cable car entrance! We booked the earliest slot, had breakfast, and strolled right over, which helped us avoid long queues. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. There are tons of great restaurants downstairs, and transportation is super convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful; they even asked about our check-in preferences beforehand and gave us iced water and a small gift when we checked out. Highly recommend! 👍👍

Cleanliness: The cleaning staff did a fantastic job, very clean and efficient. Surroundings: Very close to Tianmen Mountain cable car and the 72-Qilou complex. A quick taxi ride away. Facilities: All facilities are complete and in good working order, and the air conditioning cools down the room quickly. Environment: Very good and quiet.

You can never go wrong with Hilton! We got a free upgrade, and it was super spacious for our family of four. The room was clean and tidy, and they even offer laundry service, returning the clean clothes right to your room. In the evenings, they brought congee, and after seeing us coming back from climbing the mountain, they even offered us foot-soaking tubs – such thoughtful service, thumbs up! 👍 There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the best part is that Tianmen Mountain is just across the street.

This was a fantastic experience, especially the breakfast. I really enjoyed it, and the staff member Luna's warm greetings and problem-solving skills were much appreciated. I rarely book Hilton's Hampton series, but I was pleasantly surprised by how rich and delicious the breakfast was – it completely changed my mind about eating out. There was a noodle bar, and I chose the noodles with chicken broth. I decided to try the breakfast because Hampton by Hilton emphasizes 'experiencing local specialties without leaving the hotel.' Now, I often discover local delicacies starting with the hotel breakfast. This hotel series has definitely become another great option for my travels.

The hotel room offered beautiful mountain views, was incredibly spacious, and very clean. The breakfast selection was excellent. The front desk staff, especially the young ladies, were exceptionally helpful and provided great service, assisting us with everything we needed, including booking a taxi to the airport. Thank you!
