Very close to Ginza, making transportation very convenient. The room was a bit small, and breakfast was just okay. There are many restaurants nearby, and there's a Lawson convenience store across the street, which is a good option for breakfast.

The location is pretty good…walking distance to Ginza main streets and tsukiji market. Lawson and Costa are just opposite of the hotel. Next to hotel can find restaurants for meals too. I quite enjoyed the onsen in the hotel, but it can be quite crowded at certain hours. One thing I hope the hotel can improve is their mattress, we felt like it’s quite worn off.

Convenient transportation with three subway stations nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. It's only about a 7-minute walk downstairs to the Ginza shopping district. The breakfast is decent, though almost the same every day. The staff are warm and welcoming. There is an ice machine and a microwave on the upper floors, both free to use. The rooms are cleaned daily.

The room was quite small, but the service was decent. Luckily, I booked early because the price went up later, making it less value for money. The location is very convenient; turn right and then left after exiting the hotel, and you'll gradually enter the Ginza shopping district. The room for three people was definitely a bit cramped. The breakfast was pretty good, a semi-buffet with some à la carte items.

Traveling with a friend, two families, we booked two rooms. Check-in was self-service, and breakfast vouchers were provided all at once. The overall experience was great, the location is excellent, and the surroundings are very convenient.

Great location, convenient for shopping, and very clean. However, the towels were old. Breakfast offered two set menus, and you could also get more food yourself after finishing, though there wasn't much fruit. The room wasn't huge but was sufficient. The room itself was alright, but when I arrived, the bed sheets were covered in hair. I had to ask the staff to change the linens, which was a very unpleasant experience. I was in a rush the rest of the time, but the location is good. There's a washing machine downstairs, which costs 25 RMB for a 2-hour wash and dry cycle. The breakfast was decent, better than the one at the Asakusa Onsen Hotel, with more variety.

Found color hairs and nose drops on the bed sheets when we open the duvet at 1:45am. Seems house keeping didn’t change the bed sheets after previous customers checked out. We were so tired after the fight but can’t stand the nose drops in the bed sheets, called the receptionist. She came up to change the bedsheets for us, told us she received lots of similar complaints from other customers. If your are driving, parking is another problem . Need to park another building which takes 3 mins driving distance and charge 1800-3000yen per night. Onsan is very small and need to queue up for shower.
