I booked this hotel because the pictures looked great, and the room did match the photos, but the cleanliness was pretty subpar. When I checked in, there were four large flies in the room. I called housekeeping to help me get rid of them, but they only managed to kill one. I was eating room service while shooing away flies, and other bugs even landed in my food! 😭 The pool and bathtub were especially dirty with a lot of debris floating around. I booked this room specifically for the pool, but I couldn't even use it. 🥺 The breakfast was just okay, and the room service from the hotel's Japanese restaurant wasn't much better – I didn't even finish it. The lighting in the room was a bit too dim; I couldn't see anything at night.

The room facilities were quite good, clean and tidy, with a private pool and a bathtub. The decor had a local feel, a bit overly complex with too many uneven levels inside, and many of the amenities weren't very practical. The location was quite remote and not near the sea.

The room design and decor are absolutely beautiful. It was my boyfriend’s birthday, and the hotel staff kindly helped decorate the room , he really loved it. The room also has Netflix on the TV, which made it especially relaxing to enjoy a bath on the balcony while watching a show. The hotel restaurant is quite good as well, with a variety of Japanese-style breakfast options. The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that there isn’t much of a view outside , mainly farmland and undeveloped land , so there can be some mosquitoes or insects coming in. However, this is quite normal given the surroundings
