This is hotel is just next to the Namba station and Namba parks mall. Location is prefect for the travelers with suitcases as you only need to cross the street and the Namba station is within 1 min walk. There are free soup rice and takotaki offered between 19:00-21:30. The room is considered new and size is a bit bigger than other nearby hotels.

Location is great, conveniently located. Many shops and eateries nearby. Hotel lobby is very small though, quite packed with all the luggages from the customers parked there. Free flow of drinks at the lobby. You can also take the needed amenities here if those in your room are not enough for usage. Staff is friendly and approachable, no communication issues too. Room is small especially if you have 2 or more big luggages. Barely room for moving around after putting in the luggages. Room is clean and comes with bathtub as well. Check in and check out is fuss free. Overall is acceptable.

 I had a very good experience staying here. I went into problems with my luggage forwarding and the staffs offered help by contacting the previous hotel of my stay and communicated with them. Special thanks to Han Mi Rim and Park for helping to communicate.
Service was overall very good and location was good as well. Just a three minutes walk to Nankai namba station and 10 minutes walk to Dotonbori.
Initially I was sceptical as we were staying opposite a train station and highway, and I thought that it will be noisy. However, the noise insulation was quite good.
There is also multiple food stores and convenience stores nearby. Will definitely stay this hotel the next time I’m back in Osaka again.

Location is fantastic, just 2minute walk from Namba Nankai staion, very easy to get to the airport. Room is very clean and has all complimentary you needed.

The hotel is in a very convenience location just across the road from namba station. Lots of local restaurants around. The room is not too big but it’s ok for a short stay. Each room comes with a foot massage machine which is very thoughtful of the hotel. Enjoy it so much after a long day walking around in Osaka.

地理位置是最大亮點，一出南海線，馬路對面就是酒店了。周邊也有好幾個可以簡單解決三餐的店，包括Burger King就在酒店出門的街角。
步行到高島屋商圈五分鐘，購物方便性無敵了。服務挺好的，很熱情，有求必應，前台也能夠英語溝通。
酒店早餐很好，日式+西式都有，區域雖然小小的，但食物種類挺多，精緻又可口，非常滿意。
最不好的酒店房間，三人房的第三張床是鋪在地上的床墊，房間真的很小，也就能睡個覺了。浴室和洗手間分離的，這點比較乾淨。但浴室是日式，淋浴小凳子+鏡子的那種純日式格局，有的人會感覺不習慣。
總體而言，這家酒店是大阪遊1500以內含早餐酒店中，適合家庭遊的高性價比選擇。

房間面積還算可以，勝在位置非常方便，從大阪難波站出來，過條馬路就到了
酒店周邊餐廳眾多，離大阪心齋橋也是步行距離
房間內設施齊全，有專門的洗手枱很方便，洗護用品也都是Pola，品質不錯
