Great location next to Central Park. The hotel is a little dated, but kept up to JW standards. Amenities were great and service was polite and friendly. However, the room’s surfaces felt a little dusty.

The Indian guy at the front desk of the hotel was not serious about his work and had an arrogant attitude. He reminded us that the room payment had been paid, but he still charged a very high advance payment. After we asked to re-operate, he still did not do it. He only told us to return in three days, but three days have passed and the money has not been credited. The noise outside the room was too loud and disturbed the neighbors. There was no mineral water in the room, and the parking fee was $100 per time, which was too low in cost performance.
