Excellent hotel! I absolutely loved my stay here and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic. You can easily walk to Namba, and there are convenient public transport connections nearby, making it easy to explore Osaka. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with lovely city views. They are also very well equipped, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, including a full range of toiletries, skincare products, and facial cleansers. Everything is already provided in the room, so there’s no need to pick up additional amenities at reception. The lobby is stunning and creates a great first impression. Another big advantage is having two laundry rooms, which is especially convenient during a longer trip. Everything about this hotel made my stay enjoyable and comfortable. I would definitely choose it again when visiting Osaka. Highly recommended!

Apart from the Wi-Fi being a bit poor, with slow speeds and occasional disconnections, everything else is 5 stars. Highly recommended, and I definitely suggest adding breakfast—it's very lavish. You can also grab a drink at the 16th-floor bar in the evening. The location is also fantastic: just go straight out of Exit 8 of Honmachi Station and you're there. It's only one station away to Shinsaibashi and two to Namba. This is probably the Nth time I've stayed here when visiting Osaka, and I strongly recommend it. If you're using Osaka as your base for round trips while visiting other cities in Japan in between, you can store your luggage at the hotel for free. When you return from another city to check in again, your luggage will be sent directly to your room—such a thoughtful touch.

The amenities were good, and the location was very convenient—close to the train station and within walking distance of Shinsaibashi. The main downside was the cleanliness. I also requested a room makeover after staying for 2 nights during my 4-night stay, but the shelves were still dusty afterward. The hotel has an excellent location, right by Midosuji Avenue, just a 5-minute walk to Shinsaibashi and a 2-minute walk to Honmachi Subway Station. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the service is warm and attentive. The breakfast is rich and varied; although there were no fried eggs on the buffet, when we asked the staff, they freshly fried two for us. The room size is moderate and well-equipped. Overall, I am very satisfied and will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

This was the most spacious hotel I've ever stayed at in Japan. The toilet and bathroom were in separate rooms, the toiletries were from Pola, and the breakfast was also good!
