This hotel is definitely worth visiting and experiencing. The private space is comfortable and clean. The price is excellent.

I only stayed for 12 hours, so the room was small, but considering I just needed a place to sleep, it was clean and I could take a shower, which was great. It seems that the cleaning staff tidies up the shower immediately after use, which I also appreciated. Bath towels and a hairdryer were in the room, and although there was no refrigerator, a bottle of water was provided. There was a toothbrush in the washroom, but no shampoo or other toiletries. The walls seemed thin, as I could hear a fair amount of noise from around me, so light sleepers might have trouble sleeping. I requested a wake-up call and was grateful to be woken up at the requested time. I'd like to use this hotel again if I have an early morning flight.

I had an overnight layover in Kuala Lumpur and booked a 12-hour stay. With two adults and one child, the bed might have been a bit snug, but it was perfectly fine for one night. The location is very convenient – it's super easy to go shopping and grab food. The next day, we could check in directly at T2.

The facilities are complete, the room is large, tidy, and clean, perfect for a layover and a good night's sleep. We checked into the hotel right after landing, so the location is excellent. There are all kinds of food options right outside the door, so no worries about eating or sleeping.

I really didn't expect a hotel to be located right at the airport! The room is small but clean and well-designed. You do have to share a bathroom, but it's also clean. Downstairs are the T2 shopping mall and food court, everything is just perfect. If you have some spare time when transferring from T2 to T1, you can take the free shuttle bus, which takes about 20 minutes. If you're in a hurry, I heard there's a paid service downstairs that gets you there in just 3 minutes.
