A less-than-expected experience. The hotel justified it by saying they were at 100% occupancy. None of the requested services were provided, including extra shampoo, a baby crib, or an extra blanket. Even the Wi-Fi wasn't working. However, the shuttle service to the Haram was excellent and always available.
