The hotel is right next to the train station, very convenient for getting around. The room is small in typical Japanese style and had a little dust, but it had all the essentials. Check-in/check-out is easy with machines or staff. Amenities and pajamas are available near the elevator.
Because it’s close to the railway, you can hear train noise throughout the day.

Perfect location - Very close to Shin Imamiya Station for the JR and Nankai lines. They also let you leave your luggage on checkout day. And the breakfast buffet is good. I do not worry about the smell on my clothes when I go out because they provide fabric freshener spray.
I availed of the 2-day Nankai pass to cover Kansai Airport, Namba and Koyasan because of this hotel.
Will stay again next time I am in Osaka.

Near to train station which is need to walk few minutes. Veru strategic, staff very friendly and very helpful. Recommended to others. Very comfortable.

Rooms are really small but!!! For the price you pay, it's really worth it. Shin-imamiya station just right across the road, it's super convenient. There's a konbini just right downstairs too. The rooms aren't much to scream about, but they provide a good rest. Toilets are small, but expected of Japan. It was a good experience nevertheless given the superb location. Front desk staff are friendly and spoke relatively good English, providing us with directions and good recommendations on places to eat in the vicinity. Osaka tower is just a short walk away! They've even got a luggage weighing scale at the lobby for you to weigh in the bags before heading to the airport.

This is a smoking room with window. The hotel is convenient. train station is walking distance. Don’t worry The window is sound proof. family mart is just opposite the hotel. Room is small but they have everything inside ! overall is good and is fully furnished

The hotel was great overall, but there were some minor issues.
The air conditioner seemed dusty, and there was some dust in a few areas of the room, as if it hadn’t been fully cleaned. On the second night, the air conditioner stopped working properly and wasn’t cooling. However, the hotel staff responded well by moving us to a new room with a working air conditioner and offered us free breakfast for two days as an apology.
The location is excellent — very close to the JR station (West Exit), with a Family Mart and a 24-hour Tamade store nearby.
