The front desk staff, Xiao Ye and Zhang Zhiyang, provided excellent service. The room was also very spacious.

The hotel environment was great, but the deer and horse feeding experience was ruined by too many mosquitoes, leaving my child covered in bites! Also, the 'beware of snakes' warning signs in the green areas made my child scared of the hotel environment and unwilling to go to the swimming pool.

The hotel environment is quite good, with new facilities and decor. The breakfast is rich and overall, it offers good value for money. We traveled with our 18-year-old son, and being able to add an extra bed so the whole family could stay in one room was great.

The front desk upgraded our room upon check-in to a spacious one with a balcony. It wasn't humid at all, the air conditioning worked great, and there wasn't much noise. The room facilities were pretty basic and simple, nothing really stood out. However, the service was okay; there weren't many staff members, but they were very polite. They offered to help with luggage and proactively asked if the room met our expectations. It's a decent place overall, and the value for money is good if you're here on business during the off-season.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for us, a real hidden gem we stumbled upon on our road trip, especially since being right on the beach wasn't a priority. The mountain views are absolutely stunning! The deer park is a fantastic and kid-friendly activity for toddlers. The staff were very responsive and helpful. Excellent value for money!
