The environment is great and very quiet. The front desk staff, Xiaowan, was very welcoming and provided excellent service.

The front desk upgraded our room upon check-in to a spacious one with a balcony. It wasn't humid at all, the air conditioning worked great, and there wasn't much noise. The room facilities were pretty basic and simple, nothing really stood out. However, the service was okay; there weren't many staff members, but they were very polite. They offered to help with luggage and proactively asked if the room met our expectations. It's a decent place overall, and the value for money is good if you're here on business during the off-season.

The front desk service was great, especially thanks to Xiao Mei and Xiao Man who were very thoughtful, proactive, and polite.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for us, a real hidden gem we stumbled upon on our road trip, especially since being right on the beach wasn't a priority. The mountain views are absolutely stunning! The deer park is a fantastic and kid-friendly activity for toddlers. The staff were very responsive and helpful. Excellent value for money!

The room service and front desk service at this hotel were decent, and the surrounding attractions were also quite good. However, the room facilities were a bit old, and the hygiene was just so-so, especially on the balcony. But the absolute worst part was the restaurant. Breakfast was infuriating! They claim breakfast is served until 10:30 AM, but every time I went around 9 AM, there was nothing left. No fruit, no fried noodles, no fried eggs. There were only two or three staff members serving the entire restaurant, and they wouldn't even refill the empty dishes. What's even more frustrating is that this was happening during the May Day holiday! And we had to wait ages just to get chopsticks and glasses. The staff member making noodles was particularly rude, and table turnover was slow. I definitely won't be returning to this hotel; it really spoiled my mood. It's not even as good as a typical chain hotel.

The front desk staff kindly offered a late check-out. There are deer, and the pool is very large. The concierge was enthusiastic.

The room was spacious and bright, with stunning lake and mountain views outside the window.
