很好，大堂接待服務熱情快速，房間寬敞明亮乾淨，電視機很大，有4K專用頻道，畫質生動鮮艷。洗澡沖淋設備先進，出水很急，空調空氣凈化器效果好，喜歡自然風可以開窗加速空氣流通，洗衣機和微波爐很實用。大堂有免費咖啡機，早晨出門前來一杯最舒服。酒店有一位上海員工，處理工作認真負責。JR新宿站東廣場口上來，往東走到伊勢丹，看到LV專賣店就距離酒店一百米，坐都營地鐵找新宿三丁目 C3號口和C4號口，離酒店最近。購物餐飲一百米全部解決，酒店樓下有7—11超市。會再次入住，謝謝。

酒店地理位置十分便捷，出門都是吃飯的地方。衞生間三分離，單獨的淋浴間很寬敞。前台小哥哥英語不錯，溝通無障礙。

Other than the washing machine and walkable location to shinjuku station .
No House keeping . Tooth brush and slippers need to be requested from reception.
Is quite expensive unless you need to wash clothes daily if not is not a good deal
Need to take one metro to shinjuku station

Great location as it is right in the middle of Shinjuku. Around 10mins walk to the main Shinjuku Station and literally 2 mins away from Shinjuku-Sanchome Station. Tons of food choices and 24 hour convenience stores like 7-11 are all nearby. Just be aware that they do not full housekeeping for free (see other comments) but you can get your trash taken out and new towels when you stick a sign on your door. Stayed for 6 nights and was satisfied.

Staying at Tokyu Stay Shinjuku is like a boxer practicing butterfly steps—light on its feet, balanced, but never too flashy. The location is great: central, convenient, close to the action. The room hits clean like a well-timed jab—simple, functional, and quiet. But not every punch lands. Not all rooms come with a washing machine, which feels like a missed beat for a hotel that brands itself on long stays. Service is polite but distant, like a sparring partner who won’t commit. You get what you need, but not more. It’s good for a night or two in the ring, but maybe not the full twelve rounds.

後面每天雖然沒有每日打掃但是有更換毛巾和丟垃圾的服務
