The room type is on the smaller side, but the bathroom counter is quite large, which is convenient for placing items. The end room is a plus for its quietness, and the oxygen supply system works. Breakfast was good. The pick-up and drop-off service for Shangri-La Airport/Shangri-La High-Speed Rail Station was excellent!

I brought my mom here for a trip, and it was super convenient to get around by taxi, plus it's right at the entrance of the ancient city. Across the street, there's a shuttle bus that takes you to all the attractions, which was great. The hotel bathroom has a wet and dry separation, and the room itself was very clean with excellent facilities, including diffused oxygen and a humidifier. We had a really great stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the East Gate of the Old Town, making it very convenient to access while still being quiet. The room is spacious and well-equipped. From the window, you can see snow-capped mountains in the distance and Guishan Park nearby. They also offer a very convenient shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station, and the driver was very friendly.

This Tibetan-style hotel is absolutely amazing! The breakfast was delicious, the place was clean, and the location was convenient. The soundproofing was excellent, and the front desk staff were really nice. Plus, they offer a pick-up and drop-off service from the station. The room had oxygen supply, so I slept incredibly well. Highly recommend!!

This hotel is truly excellent value for money. The facilities and environment are superb, and they even offer a complimentary high-speed train station shuttle service. The breakfast is also very generous. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Everything was perfect except for two power outages, which were quite annoying as there was no proactive explanation or apology. However, the location, service, and breakfast were all excellent! So, I'll forgive the power cuts, haha. Overall, it was a really great stay!!!

Facilities: This hotel is truly amazing! The location is excellent; you can see the majestic mountains right from your window. The room was clean and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully at night, feeling completely refreshed. The service was incredibly thoughtful, making me feel right at home. I had such a pleasant stay this time, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I bring my family. I wholeheartedly give it a five-star recommendation to all friends visiting this area – you absolutely have to check it out! Service: The staff handling airport transfers were also very enthusiastic, and they thoughtfully asked about my stay experience during the drop-off. Cleanliness: The room was very clean. Service: The staff were all very patient and helpful. Airport/Train Station Shuttle (Shangri-La): The shuttle was very punctual, and the car was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied, highly recommended! Plus, the hotel's location is directly opposite the east gate of Dukezong Ancient City, making it very convenient to get around.
