The service was excellent! A big shout-out to all the front desk staff. They were so thoughtful, practically fulfilling every request, and responded very quickly. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety of fruits, stir-fries, cereals, salads, and desserts. The location is superb, right next to the ancient town, just across the crosswalk. It's also very close to the Napa Lake scenic loop, about a 30-minute drive to the lakeside road. Highly recommend! A wonderful trip to Shangri-La, I'll definitely recommend it to friends.

This hotel is praised across all platforms for good reason! The location is unbeatable, and the service is truly exceptional. The room facilities are also very modern. We had some issues with our itinerary that delayed our initial airport transfer, but the hotel staff helped us rearrange everything. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. Super highly recommended!

I had a particularly satisfying stay this time! The hotel's location is excellent, just a street away from the East Gate of the old city, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, and check-in and check-out were handled very efficiently. They even proactively offered refreshments while I waited for my car at the front desk, which was a thoughtful and heartwarming detail. The soundproofing was outstanding; I wasn't disturbed at all during the night. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, the price was reasonable, and it offered great value for money. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to friends who are traveling!

I saw so many great reviews online before I came, and it definitely lived up to the hype! The place was spotless and the room was really spacious. Most importantly, the location is fantastic – right opposite the East Gate of the old town, which is super convenient for the shuttle bus. Plus, they offer pick-up and drop-off services. The room itself is well-equipped, even with oxygen supply equipment, disposable face towels, and disposable toilet seat covers.

The bedding wasn't clean; I felt itchy under the covers, and there was a hair on the towel, so the hygiene was subpar. The view was decent though, I could see the old city.

This hotel was the highlight of our Shangri-La trip, making up for the bad mood caused by the rainy weather. The location is excellent – just outside the East Gate, next to the People's Court and opposite a hospital, which is where the shuttle buses depart for all the attractions. Everything is very close by, which is great. There are also many restaurants in the surrounding area, and parking is free. The hotel facilities are on par with those of well-known budget chain hotels. The oxygen supply is excellent and ample, and for extended stays, the hotel even provides nasal cannulas. The service is truly outstanding, from Mr. Yixi who picked us up at the station, to the front desk staff, and the breakfast service team – everyone was incredibly thoughtful. They really go above and beyond to anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, as if they’re constantly worried about guests being unhappy. We were concerned about altitude sickness, and Mr. Yixi shared tips from locals, so we went to the pharmacy and bought some oral solution. We hiked 6 kilometers in Pudacuo without needing a single breath of oxygen. The breakfast was quite rich, comparable to some other popular chains. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out, which was a lovely touch.

They offer a free shuttle service, and the hotel proactively contacted me before check-in to confirm my arrival time. The driver was very attentive and helped with my luggage. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and they were happy to answer any travel-related questions I had.
