Great stay! First of all, the absolute highlight: the breakfast erkuai (local rice noodles) was amazing—much better than the Lao Cang vinegar noodles I had near the Old Town, and the breakfast spread was very rich overall. The second best thing is the location. Right opposite is the Old Town's East Gate. To catch the tour bus to Pudacuo, you just need to cross the street, and exploring the Old Town is super convenient! The room was very spacious and comfortable, equipped with both ambient oxygen supply and nasal cannula oxygen. The shower and toilet were completely separate, so they didn't interfere with each other (not sure if this applies to other rooms). This street-facing room offered a view of the Old Town during the day, which was really nice. Since it was the off-season, it was very quiet at night.

The room was clean and hygienic, the service was warm and welcoming, the breakfast was good, the drop-off driver helped with the luggage, and the facilities are relatively new.

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the East Gate of the Old Town, and it even has free parking. The room is spacious and very clean, with a tatami area perfect for sitting, enjoying tea, and gazing at the snow-capped mountains and prayer wheels. In the afternoon, you can even catch a sparkling view of Songzanlin Temple in the distance, which is quite lovely.

The location is fantastic, right near the East Gate bus station of the ancient city, which is super convenient for travelers catching buses or in transit! The breakfast is quite diverse, and the butter tea and yak cheese pancakes are specialty items worth trying. The service is also very good, and they even give out complimentary souvenirs!

This hotel is an absolute gem! It's not far from the East Gate of the Old Town, and the best part is it's directly opposite the tourist shuttle bus parking. This makes it incredibly convenient for visiting long-distance attractions like Pudacuo National Park and the Snow Mountains. The front desk lady was incredibly nice and upgraded my room for free. The room was very clean and had diffused oxygen, which, although not 24-hour, was perfectly sufficient since I was out exploring during the day. The hotel also offers a free high-speed train shuttle service, scheduled according to train times, which was a huge relief.

The hotel features diffused oxygen supply, and the location is fantastic. The ancient town is just across the street, making dining and shopping very convenient, yet it remains peaceful and quiet. The parking lots for scenic spots like Wudi Lake and Potatso are also right across the street, which is super convenient. It's not far from the high-speed railway station and the airport, and you can enjoy panoramic views of the ancient town right from your room. I booked two snow mountain view rooms, though unfortunately, there are no snow mountains visible this season, haha! The hotel staff are all warm and friendly, and they provided pickup and drop-off services. The breakfast variety is okay, not huge. There was a slight odor coming from the pipe under the sink, but the hotel addressed and resolved the feedback immediately. Overall, a great experience.

I spent a few days in Shangri-La and searched for many hotels online before settling on this one, which had pretty good reviews. I'm very satisfied! I contacted the hotel in advance, and a dedicated staff member was there to pick me up at Shangri-La station. The whole process was smooth. Upon arrival, the lobby decor was lovely, and I was also very pleased with my room. The bedding and everything were very clean and tidy, and I really liked the room's design style. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and the entire room was smart-enabled. The room card was also very pretty; when I checked out, I asked a staff member, and they gave me a new, beautiful one, which I loved. And the breakfast was delicious too, with a great variety. There was also Tibetan-style yak butter tea and some kind of milk cake? I forget what it's called. They were all very tasty. You could also choose freshly cooked rice noodles or *er'si* (a type of rice noodle), and then add your own condiments. Finally, when checking out, they even gave a small souvenir gift – some snacks and a small hand cream, but I forgot to take a photo. I'd already eaten them on the high-speed train back to Lijiang, haha. The hotel also arranged for staff to take me to Shangri-La station from the airport, after I messaged them in advance. Overall, I am very satisfied, and I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Shangri-La. Oh, I just remembered something else: the room had oxygen supply, but I didn't experience altitude sickness, so I didn't use it or pay much attention to it.

The diffused oxygen supply was absolutely essential! My husband immediately felt the altitude sickness after getting off the high-speed train, but he recovered significantly after resting at the hotel for a while. The hotel's location is excellent; the shuttle bus stop for the scenic area is right across the street. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise – a wide variety and delicious! The young man who picked us up from the station was incredibly enthusiastic and told us a lot about the attractions and travel tips. It's a shame we only stayed one night in Shangri-La. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance!

The room exceeded my expectations – it had a lovely wooden aesthetic and was very clean. They even offer free shuttle service, and the staff were all incredibly kind and warm. The breakfast was delicious, with both standard options and local specialties! The room window overlooked the old town gate and the direct bus stop. Who can understand the feeling of salvation when you've traveled all day and then get off the bus to find the hotel right next door? 😭 It was a joy to just relax in bed and look out the window. They even gave us a farewell gift with super tasty cookies inside! 😋 I honestly think this is the best hotel I've stayed at in Yunnan. I've already recommended it to all my friends and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Shangri-La!
