The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai

The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai served as an ideal base for my recent business trip, primarily due to its exceptional location right on Sheikh Zayed Road with the Emirates Towers Metro Station located directly across the street. Having fast access to public transit made commuting to business meetings and getting around the city quick and stress-free. My room on a higher floor was surprisingly spacious, clean, and offered impressive views of the skyline, along with a functional workspace that made working in the evenings very convenient. The staff and valet team were always courteous and efficient during check-in and check-out. While the interior decor is a bit dated and elevator wait times can be slightly long during peak morning hours, the combination of location, room size, and high-rise views makes it a solid, practical choice for any corporate stay in Dubai.

I had such a wonderful experience staying at Tower Plaza Hotel, and I would definitely come back again in the future! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The valet parking was very convenient, and someone was there to assist and guide us right away. The receptionist (Ms. Preethi) who assisted me was incredibly hospitable, accommodating, and genuinely kind. She helped me with all my requests and even upgraded our room, which made my stay even more special. She was so lovely and adorable, and I truly appreciated how welcoming she was throughout our stay. Our room was very clean, spacious, cozy, and comfortable, with complete amenities. The highlight was definitely the amazing view of Sheikh Zayed Road. The view of all the beautiful skyscrapers was absolutely stunning, and we could even see the Burj Khalifa from our room. It was such a beautiful and romantic experience, especially because I was celebrating my birthday. I even had my birthday photoshoot inside the room, and the setting was perfect! ❤️ To make my birthday even more special, the hotel surprised us with a birthday cake, which I honestly did not expect. It was such a sweet gesture and made me feel really appreciated as a guest. 🎂❤️ The location is also excellent. The hotel is just a few steps away from Emirates Towers Metro Station, and there are pharmacies, supermarkets, grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. Everything is very accessible, which makes the hotel very convenient for both tourists and business travelers. One small tip: since the hotel is very busy and often fully booked, I recommend coming as early as possible to avoid a long queue during check-in. Overall, I had a wonderful and memorable birthday stay at Tower Plaza Hotel. The service, room, location, cleanliness, hospitality, and breathtaking view were all excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel as it promotes itself. I was originally given a horrible room that was not only dingy and dated, but also filthy, with hairs all over the floor and furniture, dirty marks on the pillow cases, greasy smears on the windows, and many stains on the carpet. After several phone calls and a trip back to reception, they put me in a new room on a renovated floor that was absolutely acceptable and clean, but more like a 4-star hotel than 5. The breakfast had a lot of options but was not very high quality, with the staff demanding your room number before even saying good morning. The pool is outside on the roof of the adjacent parking garage. It’s a very good size and wasn’t crowded when I went in the morning or early evening. The pool opening hours seem to change a lot and were 9am-9pm during my stay. Good location for the World Trade Center and metro.

Good hotel next to the metro, so ideal if you want to use the metro a lot. Service is good. Just little area of improvement. Could be little more clean

The view is great, but overall not not a great place to spend a weekend, good only for business trips.

The windows and shower were a little dirty but overall really great hotel and great room. My flight got in at 3am and they were incredible to allow me to get to my room around 6/7am which is excellent service! Highly recommend great location opposite train station so easy to get around. Incredible space in the room 100% worth it!

We arrived on the first day of Eid at 5PM. While a long queue during a busy holiday is understandable, having the room unavailable two hours after the standard 3PM check-in time is not. After waiting 40 minutes in line, we were told our room wasn't ready. This created a hassle for my family. We had to leave our luggage at the desk and go back out, finally getting a message at 7:00 PM that our bags were in the room. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was below average, and the TV was broken. This hotel is rated as a 5-star property, but nothing about our experience indicates that it is.
