CapsuleTransit MAX - Terminal 2

Cleanliness was ok, the bed sheet detergent smells very strong, which gives a terrible scent. The ventilator is super loud, could not sleep at all because it is so loud sounds like I'm in an airplane, I have taken a video unfortunately this app doesn't allow video upload. Difficult to get help also had to call and ask 3 times waited 40 minutes until anyone comes. The only good thing is location very good

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a 17-hour layover in Kuala Lumpur, and staying at Capsule Transit MAX was the best decision. Everything is brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. The futuristic lighting and modern interior create a really relaxing atmosphere. One of the biggest highlights was the gym. After such a long flight, it was great to stretch, work out a bit, and then relax in the sauna. The hotel is located right inside the terminal, which is also connected to a shopping mall. There are plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants, so it's easy to spend a long layover without getting bored. Breakfast was a nice buffet with a good variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel if you have a long layover at Kuala Lumpur Airport. It made our transit comfortable and enjoyable.

Very nice hotel, clean and modern design. Location is very convenient as it is inside the terminal. We enjoyed the lounge, not much selection, but it’s quite worth it when you are a hotel guest.

The room is spacious. Can have a good rest over here. the cleanliness is good but there’s still a room to improve.
