After returning from a short trip, we stayed on the other side of the hotel. It was nice to see a different view of the city. However, because the railway is nearby, this side was quite noisy. We could hear the trains passing by from early morning until late night. We trust it was the best room the hotel could offer at that moment. Despite the noise, the service was great. The turndown service and house keeping were still impressive. The flowers were ☺️. We were also very grateful to the staff for helping us carry our heavy luggages to our car on checkout day.

The views from the higher floors of the hotel are absolutely stunning. Our room was quiet and comfortable; even though it's in Kabukicho, it generally quiets down after 10 PM. The bar on the 45th floor has a fantastic atmosphere in the evening and is a great spot to enjoy the beautiful views and a drink 🥃. We did have a slight hiccup when signing the bill; due to the dim lighting, the server mistakenly gave us a 20,000 yen bill to sign instead of our 3,000 yen one. However, the service was professional and warm, exceeding our expectations. We would definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

It’s our second time visiting the hotel, we felt like the service and experience has not been as good as our first visit.  A few things to note: neighborhood has a lot of drunk people at night and it wasn’t quite clean  Room is spacious but the housekeeping failed to give a personal touch. For 5 stars hotel, housekeeper usually will note the preference of guest and try to make guest feels like it’s a home away from home, Bellustar makes you feel like it is a hotel. Every day it is back to factory setting. Taxi or uber are NOT allowed to drop off at lobby where there is covered. We need to be dropped off on side road and walk… don’t quite understand why. We asked and hotel said it’s policy?! It’s an overall great hotel but considering the pricing point and experience we had, there are many other choices in Tokyo we can go for.

I stayed for four nights, and before checking in, I wondered if it would lack character. However, upon arrival, I experienced the best of both worlds: the high-end convenience of a newly built hotel and the elegant Japanese tradition of guest service. The hotel is located on a high floor, and both the rooms and the 46th-floor lounge offer excellent views. The daily housekeeping service was also incredibly meticulous and thoughtful. All guests can enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks in the lounge, which is a huge plus. It's so refreshing not to have to pay extra for lounge access after already paying a high room rate, or to have it restricted to certain room types. All in all, it felt absolutely perfect.

I booked a premium single room for over 17,000 for three nights. The lobby is on the 18th floor. When I arrived, they seated us on the sofa and brought an iPad for a 'kneeling service' check-in. Might be one of the best cityview hotels in Tokyo. For anyone looking to enjoy an incredible night/ day city view experience and u might be able to see Mount Fuji ! Then this is definitely the place to stay. The location is also very convenient, situated close to most of the main shopping areas in Shinjuku. The only downside is that the hotel is located right next to a train station, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs for better sleep quality. That said, the hotel service was truly exceptional easily one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. Special mention to the amazing team for making the stay even more memorable.

My overall stay at the Pan Pacific Ritz Tokyo was quite good. The hotel's biggest highlight is definitely having Chinese-speaking staff, which made communication completely seamless. This is a huge plus for international travelers, eliminating any language barrier issues. The hotel environment is elegant, the service is thoughtful and attentive, and the room was comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the price was a bit high during the May Day holiday, with a noticeable premium. It would be more suitable to stay during off-peak times.
