Slow Suites Luchana

We stayed there for a few days as a family. Because of a cancelled flight, our plans changed at short notice and we had to start a day earlier. This is one of the properties where the management is not on site. They are available via a phone call The start was not really good- They want to have all your details first (including passport photos, names, date of birth, address for all people staying). The issue is that I submitted all that before. However, they did not send me a code. I called them and they said that the submission was not as per standard. So, standing outside the property, I had to submit details again. Only then I received the access code. I found the property clean and tidy. The cleaners were very through. The weather was very hot however there were air conditioners in the room which helped. As is common in distant managed properties, there were issues with property. The toilet flush worked but the button was out. The shower had two bottle of body wash but no shampoo. See attached photos for these. One of the ACs made a loud noise, even when off !!! Overall, I am thankful to the cleaners for keeping it clean and tidy but would not come here again.

Absolutely loved the place, great location, sound proof windows, all amenities for the family, very spacious rooms, extremely clean and easy. 100% will be coming here again when visiting Madrid.

Very clean, easy access. The owner was easy to work with. All areas are within walking distance. The metro entrances are very close, so if you prefer to walk a little less you can!

Good location - close by to Bilbao metro station which is few stations away to Sol / Gran Via. Plenty of buses connections and can reach the Real Madrid stadium with a single bus ride. Can even walk to museums if the weather is good.
