The location is very convenient; locating the subway or taxi is no problem. The apartment facilities are complete. The bedding could be cleaner, although it seems to be professionally cleaned, but some dust and lint remained. Passing the garbage room on the way to the elevator, there was a slight odor. The hallway was cleaned, but it's old and looks a bit dirty. It doesn't affect the room's overall condition. The neighbors were very quiet during my stay, so it was quite nice. Overall, the price-performance ratio is acceptable.
