Park Hyatt Saigon

Not bad at all, couldn't really find any major flaws. If I had to nitpick, the restaurant is a bit small and there was a serious queue for breakfast. However, the service and facilities were both excellent.

Absolutely stunning French architecture. The service was excellent, and the hotel's afternoon tea was beautiful and well-presented. The French restaurant was truly impressive, offering a delightful fusion of French and local cuisine. A wonderful dining experience overall.

The location is excellent, making it convenient for both dining and sightseeing. The Park Hyatt generally maintains its high standards, but the room service, like in other hotels I've stayed at in Vietnam this trip, was quite poor. After returning to the hotel one evening to find my room hadn't been cleaned, I called the front desk, and they only came to change the towels. There was no apology whatsoever; it felt like I was bothering them so late at night. This time, my room didn't include breakfast, so on the first day, I paid over 300 RMB (including tax and service charge) for one breakfast. However, the breakfast buffet was incredibly mediocre, which explains why many guests opt for lighter meals at the lobby lounge instead.

The location is fantastic, and the hotel service is excellent. However, the rooms are a bit dated and could use some updating.

The room had a lovely vintage feel, and the public areas were also very beautiful. The hotel staff were incredibly polite and friendly. They even went the extra mile to help mail back clothes I accidentally left behind, and their online communication was very prompt. Definitely recommend staying here!
