No hot water tap/sink. It’s cool when washing hands.
Front desk not really friendly and willing to answer several questions/helps.
Onsen at 17 floor is nice but crowded in the night time after 9pm.

Overall experience was good, location is excellent. Very convenient to go to and from New Chitose airport by bus, Susukino metro is 5 mins walk. I like that they have coin laundry, vending machine and public bath in the hotel. Water in the public bath was a little too hot (probably over 45oC) but I guess that's normal to Japanese. The only thing I don't like is that the check in time is stiff 15:00 whether the room is vacant or not, but that's still acceptable.

Very nice hotel , will stay again. Our room has view of the TV tower, walkable to the fish market and Odori park.

Service is relatively poor , all the staff from parking bay. Front counter to restaurant need to undergo proper training on how to service hotel guests. I have been travelling very often since 15 years ago . This hotel is one of the worst in terms of service.

Hotel was gr9, cheap and great. Had a free soba for any order, so I got a Y2,000 shot of yamazaki 12 (but with a cover charge of Y300)

Very convenient location. Next to subway station and walking distance to most of the attractions like the market, shopping street and ramen valley. There is a pay parking at the hotel. Good for those rented a car in Hokkaido.
The room is very modern and clean. The bed is super comfortable.
