Free amenitiesfrom head to toe available for all customer, super near to train and bus station, onsen available. Breakfast come with nice salmon and ochatsuke. Love it.

Good hotel. Interconnected subway is just outside the hotel. Unique reception counter that is also a bar.

Good location, 10mins walk to shopping district, easily access to places. There’s a train station exit in front of hotel as well. Room size pretty small, have to keep luggage under bed, there’s hot bath in the hotel roof, able to enjoy soaking in hot bath under cold weather, but you have to bring your own towel from the room. Try to avoid peak hour, I went at 6+7 is quite empty, however after dinner time 9+10 is very crowded. Breakfast is not as good as the photos shown in hotel website, but still have good varieties to choose from. Able to rent different kind of facilities, eg air humidifier, hair curler etc

I stayed here for four nights during the Snow Festival. The location is near the main street of Susukino and very convenient. However, I found the hotel's operations lacking, as the reception was often unattended in the mornings. The twin room was quite cramped for two people, making it difficult to pack and unpack. With only three laundry machines (one of which was broken), the facilities felt insufficient for the size of the hotel. While the breakfast had a good variety and didn't get boring, don't set your expectations too high for the 'signature' seafood bowls

The room space for me in Japan is consider quite okay, everything is good, the receptionist mostly are men and they can understand a little English and very helpful. For the price of it, the breakfast was too simple, not much selection, nothing much to review on the breakfast.

At a very strategic location, nearby shopping streets within walking distance, friendly and helpful staff.

Deducted one star for the following reasons Did not get any response to my emails despite multiple follow ups Onsen is pretty small and crowded.

Nice hotel located next to the subway station. But note that the nearest exit does not have an elevator. The hotel environment is nice with separate AC units.
