Susukino Granbell Hotel

Very convenient location, just next to metro station. The environment is clean and chill. Convenient stores nearby.

Very convenient hotel in susukino, with lots of restaurant nearby. The parking cost 2000yen from 18.00 to 11am for night parking, as for others it's normally cost 18:00 to 06.00am, Breakfast is ok, mostly what you will need, its from 0730 to 0930. Which u have limited time to enjoy.. No room cleaning for 3 days, they just change yr towels. The metro is right outside the hotel which is very convenient. The standard twin room is very small, can only occupied one 28" suitcase and one or two 24" suitcases under the bed.

This corner room is really not worth recommending. There were only two very narrow windows, and the bathroom was in a very odd location. To accommodate the door's position, the toilet paper was placed awkwardly next to the toilet; you had to turn more than 110 degrees to reach it while sitting on the toilet. Space was limited, only enough to open two large suitcases. For a four-star hotel, the breakfast selection was far too limited. The restaurant staff's service needs improvement. One morning, the hot water system was out of service, but the staff didn't immediately boil water as a temporary fix. With 15 minutes left before breakfast ended, the guest said the milk bottle was empty and wanted more milk. The staff refused, saying there was no milk left. I definitely won't stay at this hotel again.

Free amenitiesfrom head to toe available for all customer, super near to train and bus station, onsen available. Breakfast come with nice salmon and ochatsuke. Love it.

Good hotel. Interconnected subway is just outside the hotel. Unique reception counter that is also a bar.

Good location, 10mins walk to shopping district, easily access to places. There’s a train station exit in front of hotel as well. Room size pretty small, have to keep luggage under bed, there’s hot bath in the hotel roof, able to enjoy soaking in hot bath under cold weather, but you have to bring your own towel from the room. Try to avoid peak hour, I went at 6+7 is quite empty, however after dinner time 9+10 is very crowded. Breakfast is not as good as the photos shown in hotel website, but still have good varieties to choose from. Able to rent different kind of facilities, eg air humidifier, hair curler etc

Location is great and the outdoor onsen is nice as well. Room is a bit small but overall very clean

Good hotel. Very modern and all facilities we needed. Ideal location. Parking onsite. Can’t comment on breakfast as we were 5 minutes late and they would not serve us !
