The room size was decent, but the window was tiny, almost nonexistent. The location was okay, quite convenient for Shinjuku Gyoen, but it's more than a ten-minute walk from Shinjuku Station.

The hotel is about 1 kilometer from Shinjuku Station and a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station. The surrounding area has excellent amenities. The room was a bit larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms, and the cleanliness and facilities were perfectly adequate, completely meeting my expectations. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.

Consistently good. I frequently stay at this brand's hotels in Tokyo. They're spacious, conveniently located just two blocks from the bustling areas, and offer complimentary coffee. Plus, there are many convenience stores downstairs with local specialties.

Despite its neighborhood, this area is quiet. There are some places nearby for dinner and several convenience stores. Free coffee at reception. The room was very spacious and well-maintained, with a fridge and a mini-kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, and the room offered great views. Excellent value for money. If you're looking for a spacious room, this is perfect. If we return to Tokyo, we'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station. The staff were friendly and spoke fluent English, which made communication easy. The room was noticeably more spacious than most hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan, and it was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with basic amenities. Our room also included a small kitchenette with a microwave, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable, and despite being on a main road, the room was quiet. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
