Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo

The room was spacious and the location was super convenient with a supermarket nearby, so we could buy wagyu beef and cook it ourselves. However, it was quite noisy at night with motorcycles and police sirens on the street. One morning, I paid for breakfast at the front desk. On the day I checked out, I was stopped and told I hadn't paid for it. Seriously, I paid before I ate! How else would I have gotten breakfast? Plus, the breakfast selection was extremely limited and tasted terrible.

The room size was decent, but the window was tiny, almost nonexistent. The location was okay, quite convenient for Shinjuku Gyoen, but it's more than a ten-minute walk from Shinjuku Station.

Great location and spacious room, but the bed was too small. I felt like I was going to roll off when I turned over. Overall, it was okay.

The hotel is about 1 kilometer from Shinjuku Station and a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station. The surrounding area has excellent amenities. The room was a bit larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms, and the cleanliness and facilities were perfectly adequate, completely meeting my expectations. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.

Whenever I come to Tokyo, I usually choose this hotel. It's conveniently located near Shinjuku, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to the action. There are plenty of convenience stores around, and across the small road, there's a huge supermarket with very affordable prices. The hotel service is also excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Tokyo.

Spacious, clean, and a quiet retreat in the heart of the city. The service was excellent. It's a great choice for family trips, with many convenience stores nearby and easy access to transportation. Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden is right around the corner, and Isetan, a major department store, is also very close!

I visited last year and it was so good, I came back again! It's convenient to use the subway and bus, and there's a convenience store right next door, which is great. There are also delicious restaurants nearby. Most importantly, I think it's the most spacious accommodation in Tokyo, Japan. There's even a separate sofa and table, so you can relax and have a drink. 👍🏻
