Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo

The room size was decent, but the window was tiny, almost nonexistent. The location was okay, quite convenient for Shinjuku Gyoen, but it's more than a ten-minute walk from Shinjuku Station.

The hotel is about 1 kilometer from Shinjuku Station and a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station. The surrounding area has excellent amenities. The room was a bit larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms, and the cleanliness and facilities were perfectly adequate, completely meeting my expectations. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.

Location: It's a 15-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, but I actually prefer it over staying right by the station. It's much quieter here, and the streets are cleaner. Cleanliness: Super, super clean! Environment: Amazing value for money! This place is incredibly friendly for guests with two large suitcases! I honestly didn't expect to find a room in a bustling commercial area like Shinjuku where you can fully open two big suitcases! Plus, it has a sofa, two wardrobes, a small kitchen, and a bathtub! It really has everything! I was genuinely moved to tears finding such a well-equipped, spacious hotel in Tokyo for this price! Service: The service was excellent! The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and patiently helped us send our luggage to Kamakura. The communication was smooth throughout, and they were very responsible! The hotel reception offers complimentary tea and coffee all day, free umbrella rentals, and a currency exchange service for small change! This is truly a hotel with outstanding value for money!

The room was quite spacious, and the hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. It's definitely a hotel I'd return to.
