I was very pleased when I first checked in, as the room was spacious and clean. It was great having two beds, and having a bathtub was wonderful for soaking in warm water after a long day of walking. The neighborhood was quiet, which really helped me get a good night's sleep. There is a 7-Eleven and a Lawson convenience store very close to the hotel, making it super convenient to grab quick snacks, water, and drinks. Staying for a week, I enjoyed walking to Namba and Dotonbori—it was a great way to get some exercise while soaking in the local Japanese vibe. The only disappointing part was that the bedsheets, pillows, and towels didn't have a fresh, clean scent... ^^ Next time I visit, I hope I can look forward to a nice, fragrant aroma. Overall, considering the great value for money, I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. I would definitely love to stay at b&c Tennoji (b&+ Tenrokuchō / b&tsutenkaku) again on my next trip to Osaka!

The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in was a breeze. The location is super convenient, making this hotel excellent value for money. There's a go-karting place right downstairs, and Tsutenkaku Tower is just a 5-minute walk away, offering fantastic photo opportunities.

The stay was great. The room was clean and tidy, and more spacious than I expected. The bed was very comfortable, so I slept really well at night. The location is super convenient, very close to Tsutenkaku, and there are plenty of dining, shopping, and transportation options nearby. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room had all the amenities. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Osaka. Highly recommended!

Drove from Nagoya to Osaka! Convenient location if you're driving, but a bit inconvenient by train, I'd say. Stayed in a twin room with my wife. Very comfortable and cozy! Above all, being just a 10-minute walk to Shinsekai is fantastic! Will definitely stay here again 😁

I stayed for just one night. The moment I opened the room door, a nasty smell hit me. At first, I thought it came from the carpet since the whole room is carpeted. But upon checking further, the odor was actually coming from the mattress, the duvet, and worst of all, the pillows. Considering I was traveling with a 6-month-old baby, we had no choice but to cover the pillows with the available towels and avoid using the duvet altogether. Our last night in Osaka, which was supposed to be for resting, ended up being spent dealing with the overpowering smell of the bedding. 😭😫

Small room. Two beds. There is a balcony. A small kitchen. This time, there was a lot of hair in the bathroom.
